The completely equipped 100 m² apartment has a central, quiet location. Here you will find a big living room with a tiled stove, a rustic corner and a seating suit with an extendable double couch, as well as cable TV. The living room has access to the terrace with a beautiful view upon the Stubaier Glacier. The kitchen is modern, and it has a washing machine and a dish washer. You will also find a separate dining room with access to the terrace. There are 2 separate bedrooms, one of which has access to the 3rd double bedroom (also suitable for children). There are 2 separate bathrooms with shower and WC. The house has its own parking place and garage. You have free access to the traffic free hiking trails along the stream. There are 150 m to the local leisure time center with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The bus station (ski bus) is close. There are 300 m to the center of the locality.
