The apartment Casa Xisca is a 5 minute walk from the harbour beach and about a 15 minute walk from the natural beach "Es Trenc". It is located on the 1st floor of a residential house in the middle of Colonia Sant Jordi together with 3 other apartments and a bank on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large, partially sunny outdoor terrace that surrounds the entire living room. The apartment offers all comforts, from the completely equipped, well-lit friendly kitchen with a cosy fireplace corner to high-quality, tasteful furnishing in the rooms in a Spanish style to a bathroom with marble. The equipment includes a/c, heat, washing machine, dryer, TV, HiFi and towels in a bathroom. The house is built with insulation and the windows are double panelled. The apartment has a parking space in the underground area which can be reached comfortably through the staircase.

Colonia Sant Jordi is a small, friendly city on the southern tip of Majorca, which has remained preserved from mass tourism. Around Easter, the "Colonia" (the colony) awakens and with it, its two centres. One centre is around the nice, small harbour with the fine sand beaches that are protected by a reef and in the background are restaurants and boutiques, including a light house and harbour promenade. The other centre includes the hotel area, which stretches out near the beautiful natural beach Es Trenc, including a popular street that invites you to stroll during the evenings or to have dinner in one of the many restaurants or bars. The large district of Colonia has a stunning location between both of the beautiful natural beaches Es Trenc and Es Dolc and the nearby national park Island Cabrera, which can be visited during the summer with excursion boats.
