Between Paimpol and St. Quay Portrieux near Plouha headland, in a village surrounded by meadows and fields. A charming, airy stone house with spacious interior and cosy kitchen, large living room with seating around fireplace, original staircase and parquet flooring in airy bedrooms. Very large, beautiful garden for relaxing hours and fun (2500 m², south facing).

Our beautifully renovated house is in a very tranquil location approx. 2 km from Plouha (4477 inhabitants). The coastal road is virtually in front of your door. Enjoy the bracing air of the coast and Plouha mountain peak (104 m) and the panorama view of the bay of St Brieuc. The coast of Goelo has the highest cliffs in Brittany and Plouha has lots of lovely beaches: Le Palus, Plage Bonaparte, Port Moguer, Gwin Zégal (the only harbour built on piles in Europe), Bréhec. The nearest sand and pebble beach is 1.5 km away.

Bretonisches Landhaus mit großem Garten

gepfl. bretonisches Landhaus. Großer Wohnraum und ausreichend große Schlafräume. Sehr hochwertig eingerichtete Küche( 5 Gasplatten - Herd) mit Grillkamin. Ausstattung sehr gut mit allen elektrischen Geräten ( Fernseher,DVD, Waschmaschine,Spülmaschine etc). Ruhige dennoch zentrale Lage, sowohl zum nächsten Ort( Plouha) wie auch zum nächtgelegenen Strand( Port Moguer).Die Lage lädt ein zur puren Entspannung, abseits des touristischen Trubels. Großer parkähnlicher Garten, ideal auch für Kinder.Die ruhige Lage lädt ein zur puren Entspannung. Von Plouha ausgehend gute Möglichkeiten für tolle Ausflüge und Besichtigungen innerhalb von 2 Stunden. Wir waren jetzt schon das 2. Mal ( Sommer 2006 und Juli 2008 ) hier und sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Alle Angaben über das Haus mitgeteilt sind, entsprechen vollends der Wahrheit.

Das saubere und gepflegte Haus (entsprach voll und ganz den Angaben im Online-Inserat) ist ideal für einen Erholungsurlaub. Div. Möglichkeiten wie Wandern am Küstenweg oder dem Meer entlang, Radfahren, Ausflüge, aber auch nur im schönen grossen Garten die Seele baumeln lassen. Für einen Städtebummel mit div. Restaurants und Läden eignet sich das ca. 30 Min. entfernte Hafenstädtchen Paimpol ausgezeichnet. Sehr angenehme Betreuung durch den Vermieter. Fazit: Absolut weiter zu emfpehlen.

Stilvoll renoviertes bretonisches Landhaus nach modernem Standard, sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Fernseher und DVD-Player. Sehr ruhige ländliche Lage. Garten mit Tischtennisplatte und Grill.
Zentral gelegen für Ausflüge aller Art. Nähe zu mehreren schönen Stränden.
