The house is separated onto 3 floors. In the entrance area you will find a small living room with a fireplace and satellite TV and 1 bathroom. On the 1st floor you will find the kitchen and dining room, on the 2nd floor 3 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed for children and another bathroom. From the garden you can reach the utilities room with a washing machine, etc. The garden has a covered dining space with a grill and a small pool (diameter of 3 m). The house cannot be reached directly by car. The community parking lot is located 100m from the house. However, you will be helped with the transportation of your luggage.

The house is located on the hills of the Apuan Alps not far from the sea. You will have absolute tranquillity, a traffic-free village, cars are left in the parking lot at the village entrance. An ideal starting point for hikers, you do not have to first drive somewhere with your car - you can start directly from the house. Nevertheless, by car you can get to the beach in Viareggio in 20 minutes. Art and culture lovers will also find everything here, Lucca, Florence and Pisa can be reached quickly by car.
