Villa Lydia set in a peaceful elevated position with private grounds and pool.

This luxury 4-bedroom villa ticks every box.

Set in a quiet elevated position above some beautiful blue flag beaches over looking the Bay of Mirabella with spectacular sea and mountain views. It has large private grounds with pool and a spacious interior.

The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a large open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area.

The living room area has a large LCD TV, fireplace and even a baby grand piano.

The kitchen is well equipped including an oven, hob, fridge freezer, dish-washer and washing machine.

In addition there is an annex with a double bedroom and en-suite shower room.

The main house has air-conditioning. Wi- fi fast internet connection available.

The upper terraces are intimate and the lower terrace is large with dining/lounge seating, large BBQ and generous size swimming pool. It even has a water spray feature for added fun.

Very comfortable, nice house

Sehr schönes, grosses Haus mit gutem Komfort.
Sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattet.
Leider etwas stark den kretischen Winden ausgesetzt, sodass z.B. der Sonnenschirm (war zu schwach) gar nicht gebraucht werden konnte.
Nähe zu Meer, Einkaufen, Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten ideal.

Gerne wieder einmal!
