This finca has approx. 220 m² ground surface on 2 floors, including 4 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning), plus 2 additional children’s beds on the upper floor if needed, 2 bathrooms with shower, large kitchen with dishwasher, living/dining room with fireplace, extra TV and lounge on upper floor, large roof terrace with wonderful view of the mountains, and an approx. 45 m² covered terrace stretching along the whole of the long side of the house, complete with brick-built barbecue. The approx. 6 x 4 m pool is surrounded by lawn and sun terraces with loungers and lots of ancient shady trees.

This beautifully renovated country property (built in the middle of the 18th century) is in a picturesque valley on the road from San Lorenzo towards Arta, in approx. 28,000 m² of completely fenced grounds with lots of ancient trees. The towns of Arta, Son Servera and Cala Millor are only approx. 10 minutes away by car. In San Lorenzo there are several bakers, a little supermarket, hairdressers, pharmacies, tobacconists and newsagents, every Thursday a weekly market with local produce, a nice market place with several bars, and local restaurants, some with a Michelin star such as Moli den Bou and Es Pati, very popular with both Germans and Majorcans. There are lots of local attractions such as dripstone caves in Porto Cristo and Canyamel, Arta and Capdepera castles, lots of lovely beaches, picturesque bays and beautiful harbours.

Sehr schöne alte Finca, sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Fotos täuschen nicht, es ist wirklich ein sehr schöner Platz, an dem man gut abschalten kann.
Toll ist die riesige Überdachte Terrasse mit Grill, die direkt am Ausgang von der Küche liegt. Das ist sehr praktisch und angenehm, wenn man gerne kocht und das Essen geniessen möchte.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, leider hatten wir nur eine Woche Zeit.
Sehr freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Hohe Kundenorientierung!!
