This beautiful interior designed 3 bedroom luxury villa has a private swimming pool and separate Jacuzzi pool. The house is set in tropical landscaped gardens and located in a tranquil beachside village community. The Beach Village House provides a luxury holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security set beside an unspoilt beach on Koh Samui’s quiet south east coast. This single storey property is deceptively roomy as once inside there is a feeling of spaciousness and total luxury. The interior decoration is the last word in cool contemporary design. The villa is fully air conditioned as well as being fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito screen doors to add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system and ADSL internet connection are provided for guest’s entertainment. There is also a full-time villa manageress and 3 local Thai staff that can help ensure you have a perfect holiday.

The Beach Village House is in a superb location for people looking to lose themselves in the beauty of Koh Samui's gorgeous beaches and lush tropical landscape. The villa is set in Samui Beach Village, a small luxury living development far away from the busy tourist areas of Samui. With unspoilt beaches in the relatively undeveloped south-eastern coast, Samui Beach Village has been built amid a profusion of coconut palms and tropical landscaped gardens. Close to many attractions, it is only a 20 minute boat ride to Koh Tan and Koh Mudsum, two neighbouring islands which are well-known for their fantastic fishing and snorkelling. It is only ten minutes away from Lamai Beach, 30 minutes from Chaweng and Samui’s top golf course, and 35 minutes from the airport, so you are never far from the action. There is easy access to shopping, restaurants, nightlife and other activities, yet you will feel you are on your own tropical island paradise.
