The 65 m² apartment offers space for 4 people and consists of a living room with a dining corner and a small terrace on the pool side, a large bedroom, a small bedroom (bunk beds each 80 x 1.80), bathroom with a bathtub, WC, fully-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. satellite - colour - TV, radio with CD and cassettes, central heating available. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets and blinds. On the front side of the house you will find a large terrace with chairs, a garden grill and a stunning view of the city of Llagostera. Usage of the outdoor facilities: sun terrace with a large swimming pool, 9 x 4 meter / 1.60 deep, the pool is equipped with a solar installation (April - October), garden furniture, sun loungers, sun umbrellas. The swimming pool is also used only by me and my husband and the guests of the rented apartment, thus, you.

Our holiday apartment is located about 100 km behind the Spanish border between Gerona and the picturesque coast of the Costa Brava. Near the city of Llagostera above a mountain slope with a stunning panorama view of the entire valley. The famous coastal cities of "Playa De Aro", "Tossa De Mar" and "Lloret De Mar" are about a 15 minute drive from our house. The most popular destinations nearby: Lloret and Tossa De Mar, Playa De Aro, St. Antoni, San Feliu de Guixols, S'Agaro, Gerona, pals, Figueras (Dali Museum), Tordera, Barcelona, the Monserat monastery, Andora.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gemuetlich,es ist aureichend Platz fuer 4 Personen.Die Ausstattung der FeWo. ist komplett, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Terasse,Garten und Pool sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und nett und haben uns viele Tipps und Anregungen fuer unsere Freizeitgestaltung gegeben.Diese FeWo. kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen, wir wuerden sie auch immer wieder buchen.

Weil mein Deutsch nicht sehr gut ist, auf English:
We stayed here at the end of july 2009.
4 stars and not 5 ONLY because, as a previous visitor explained, the last 600m of the 'road' up to the house are quite bad, and you'll be doing that road at least twice a day by car (you absolutely need a car here).
The house however was perfect, as was the pool. The view from the balcony is stunning, and the owners are very friendly.
As we wanted to do some bike riding, we took the car with our bicycles on the roof to Llagostera, parked there, and started our bike tours from there. As far as biking goes, you can do a bit of everything in the region: follow the Via Verdes (one runs through Llagostera at the park) for flat (well almost flat) rides to Girona or San Feliu de Guixols; or take the minor roads for some uphill climbing (which we did as training for the Mont Ventoux which we did the week after). But you can just as easily drive to the coast for some beachtime, visit some of the markets in Playa d'Aro or Palamos, or visit Barcelona (in the high season, it can get very hot and very busy there, as we experienced).
For those who are interested: internet access isn't easy to find. There is supposed to be a free hotspot in the park in Llagostera, but I wasn't able to get a connection there. Better bets are the bars on the seaside, some of which offer free wireless access.
All in all: a place to be highly recommended.

Erholung pur !

Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichnetem Zustand.
Alles war absolut sauber und es war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben einen komplett eingerichteten Haushalt vorgefunden. Es fehlte an nichts! Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und stehen bei Bedarf jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Wir haben von Ihnen nützliche Tipps für Besichtigungstouren, Strände, Märkte usw. erhalten.
Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Auch unseren Kindern (11 und 14) hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Es waren sogar verschiedene Gesellschaftsspiele wie z.B. Monopoly und andere Brettspiele sowie einige kleine Puzzles vorhanden. vorhanden.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einem herrlichen Blick in die Umgebung - bis hin zum Meer. Und DAS ist noch einige Kilometer entfernt. Die Wohnung ist mit allen deutschen Ansprüchen ausgestattet und lässt keine Ferienwohnungswünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Leider ist der letzte Teil des Weges (ca. 500 m) nicht sehr autofreundlich. Deshalb (aber nur deshalb) vergeben wir 4 Köfferchen.

Wohnng auf dem Berg!

Die Angaben waren korrekt. FeWo liegt auf einem Berg ca. 10 km vom nächsten größeren Ort entfernt. Ohne Auto nicht zu empfehlen.
Super schöne Aussicht auf Berge und Meer. Getrübt wurde der Aufenthalt durch rege Bautätigkeit (Lärm und Staubbelastung) von 8.00-17.00 Uhr in der Nachbarschaft. Hier befinden sich diverse Baustellen in allen Baustadien.
Die Whg. war sauber, die Betreuung sachlich korrekt.
Freunden würden wir die FeWo weiterempfehlen, vorher sollte aber die Bautätigkeit erfragt werden.
Alle großen Ferienorte sind in einer halben Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Auswahl an Aktivitäten und Kultur ist sehr groß.
Owner's Response: Ein entfernter Nachbar hat seinen Hang mit Erde aufgefüllt , diese Bautätigkeit ist abgeschlossen. Weiter Oberhalb sind kleinere 1 Personen Baustellen, die aber weder Schmutz noch Lärm verursachen.
