House with a spectaculous view

We booked this house for the first time in 2006 and because it was such a good time in Vale da Telha we came back in 2007. We had a very good contact with the couple who take care for the house and they did everything to give us a happy time there.The house is not so big but it is standing in a quiet area with a magnificent view to the lake and even the ocean. We always had a very good start of the day: having breakfast in the wintergarten enjoying the beautiful view!
Our teenagers also liked the coast there because of the surfing and the beautiful beaches and it is really worth to come back there!

Den einen Punkt geben wir für die Aussicht. Leider ist das Haus sanierungsbedürftig. Es ist schmutzig und abgewohnt. Die Fotos stammen aus besseren Tagen. Die Vermieterin Siegrid ist lediglich Vermittlerin und kam auch nach persönlicher Aufforderung nicht zu einer Objektbesichtigung. Wir haben dann drei Wochen das beste daraus gemacht, und die wunderbare Natur genossen.
Wir hatten uns von dem wirklich schönem Ausblick locken lassen, dieser ist wirklich das einzig positive an diesem Objekt.
Owner's Response: Ich freue mich über jede Bewertung, auch über Kritik, wenn sie angebracht ist. Casa Boa Vista ist kein Neubau, und es ist richtig, dass einiges verbessert werden kann. So werden im Frühjahr 2010 neue Fenster eingebaut und ein Schlafzimmer renoviert. Das andere Schlafzimmer ist berreits vor 2 Jahren neu gestaltet worden. Schmutzig ist das Haus mit Sicherheit nicht, denn es sind sehr zuverlässige Hausbetreuer vor Ort. Zu einer Besichtigung wurde ich nicht aufgefordert.
