Our holiday house 'Casa Palazzini' is located in an absolutely stunning panorama location on a sunny hill. It is surrounded by a lot of undisturbed nature in an idyllic and peaceful secluded location only minutes from a beautiful village. The property, a former farm, was recently lovely and completely renovated and offers relaxation in a stylish Mediterranean ambiance. The holiday home is separated into two completely independent holiday apartments that each have a separate spacious area with their own panorama patio. The equipment in the apartments is very tasteful and comfortable, the newest technology with central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, newest interior objects, etc. The 5,000 m² enclosed property is surrounded by stunning Mediterranean trees (olives, cypresses, oleanders, laurel, etc.) and guarantees pure rest and relaxation with the spacious pool in a top panorama location.

The name of the holiday apartment comes from the fact that it has a large covered outdoor area ('Portico'). It is a comfortable ground floor apartment (85 m² & portico) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a large living-dining room with kitchenette, hallway and storage room. The apartment has large patios on two house sides in absolutely panorama location and the 30 m² covered outdoor area. Thus, you have the selection between sunny and shady patios. The apartment Portico is furnished for 5 (+1) people and has high-quality equipment. The equipment is tasteful and comfortable, the newest standard with central heating, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite TV, newest furnishing objects, 'German' beds/mattresses, etc. As a special service, we offer our guests a German-speaking contact who lives only a few minutes away! The top floor of the house is not inhabited during the rental time.

The surrounding of our holiday home offers all conditions for a relaxing holiday. Despite the comfortable closeness to the sea, you are in a very idyllic environment far from mass tourism. The surrounding area offers very good infrastructure with all thinkable recreation, sport and shopping options. There are also a lot of cultural and culinary offers that guarantee the typical 'Italian holiday feeling'. Our city Orciano offers everything you need for daily life (restaurants, banks, doctors, pharmacist, supermarkets, etc.) and just a few minutes away you will find a variety of typical restaurants, Agriturismo and wineries, oil mills, cheese farmers. The nearby cities on the sea like Fano or Snigallia attract you to go shopping and offer all recreation options with its countless fish restaurants, ice cream shops and the stunning sand and pebble beaches. Also a relaxing surrounding with very good infrastructure and extremely-friendly people.

Notes about the holiday home: Despite the size of the property, we have decided to set up only two spacious ground-floor apartments in the best interests of our guests and to not change the cottage into a tourist block with a maximum amount of people possible. We think that our guests can thus enjoy the most beautiful weeks of the year in peace without having to work with a lot of other tourists in a tight space. Thus, the entire property with its 5000 m2 enclosed stunning ground and about 60 m2 large pool are exclusively available to the guests of the two holiday apartments. Contributing to the relaxing stay is the fact that the holiday apartments are completely separated from one another with their own patios, they are set on separate house sides. Due to the same reason, the top floor of the house is not inhabited during the rental period.

Note about the pool: For the swimming pool we must also mention that it has a spacious lawn and patio area and is also separately enclosed for children and is grown in with bushes and has a very valuable, large and shading covering.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Der Urlaub war sehr erholsam und schön.Die Wohnung hatte viele annehmlichkeiten das Fliegengitter,die gute Ausstattung,die gute Luft und vor allem die schöne Aussicht.Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde oft von uns benüzt.Wir fuhren jeden Tag an den Strand,da das Meer nicht sehr weit entfernt war.In Marotta entdeckten wir direkt am Strand ein tolles Fischrestaurant,El Garagol,das wir mehrmals aufsuchten.
Auch die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte reibungslos.Für die Kinder war die liebliche Hauskatze ein besonders Erlebnis.Fazit: Wir kommen sicher wieder und können es Freunden weiterempfelen.

Traumurlaub

Dieses Feriendomizil war perfekt für unseren Sommerurlaub mit 2 Familien.
Die wunderschöne und ruhige Lage sowie die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung, alles sehr überzeugend – es war Erholung pur.
Das Grundstück ist geschmackvoll angelegt und sehr großzügig, ebenso wie der Poolbereich mit der Schatten –Terrassenüberdachung; dieser Platz war bei uns besonders beliebt.
Mit unseren Kindern war es auch sehr hilfreich, dass der ganze Schwimmbadbereich nochmals eingezäunt ist.
Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich wie kulturell (z.B. Urbino und Fano) sehr reizvoll und wir haben im Urlaub selten so gut gegessen wie hier in Orciano und Umgebung.
Ausdrücklich loben möchten wir die noch die deutschsprachige Hausverwalterin, die uns bei der Ankunft alles nötige erklärt hat gute Tipps gab!
Wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Stilvolles Anwesen

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Wohnung „Portico“ verbracht. Das gesamte Anwesen der Casa Palazzini ist sehr gepflegt und die Aussicht in die Hügellandschaft der Marken traumhaft. Beide Wohnungen bieten vollkommen private Freiräume durch großzügig ausgestattete Außenbereiche. Besonders angenehm haben wir den überdachten Portico empfunden, der das Leben im Freien bei jedem Wetter zulässt. Die Küche war sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Dass wir keine 5 Punkte vergeben haben, liegt nur daran, dass das Bad für mehrere erwachsene Personen etwas klein war. Insgesamt aber können wir diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Auch die vom Tourismus noch nicht überlaufene Gegend mit Städten wie Fano und Urbino ist eine Reise wert.

Es war ein wundervoller und unvergesslicher Urlaub in Ihrem traumhaft schönen, mit viel Liebe gestalteten Anwesen. Das idyllisch gelegene Areal lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben die traumhafte Ruhe und das Panorama rundum auf die Hügel der Marken absolut genossen, besonders toll ist das Schwimmen in dem großen, sehr sauberen Pool mit Blick in die Natur und das große Gelände, das vielerlei Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bietet. Sehr angenehm sind auch die Meernähe und die Orte im nahen Umkreis, wo man prima einkaufen kann und sehr gute Gastronomie hat, um die Küche der Marken zu genießen.
Wir haben vor, wieder bei Ihnen unseren Urlaub zu verbringen, da alles einfach top war, vielen Dank!!

Alles pefekt - so kann man es beschreiben. Vom Erstkontakt bis hin zur Betreuung in Italien. Die Wohnanlage ist ein kleines Reich für sich und sucht seines Gleichen. Großzügiges Grundstück mit kindergerechter Poolanlage und doch noch einige schattige Plätze. Hier kann man die schönsten Tage des Jahres auf wundervolle Weise verbringen. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.
