This house is in tranquil, newly built estate in a raised location at the edge of the typical Spanish town of Almuñecar on the Costa Tropical. It takes less than 5 minutes by car to reach the town centre and miles of beach. The estate contains 2 beautiful communal pool areas, one open all year round. The house has a spacious living/dining room, TV room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Outside there are 2 terraces and a balcony with all necessary garden furniture. Furnishings include satellite TV with all German programmes and stereo. Hot & cold air conditioning guarantees the right temperature.

Almuñecar is a little Spanish coastal town and has retained its Spanish charm. There are lots of shops, restaurants and tapas bars. The large market hall has fresh fish daily, also meat, fruit and vegetables. Beneath the old fortress is the old town with lots of steps and narrow streets (pedestrian zone) for strolling around. Almuñecar brilliant for lots of excursions such as to the caves of Nerja, white villages, Granada and the Alhambra, Seville, Cordoba, skiing on the Sierra Nevada, Gibralta and lots more.
