The intrinsic values will come to appreciate rapidly. Timelessly elegant take on traditional elements of individual items. Modern equipment in the bathrooms with steam showers or jacuzzi on the terrace. Traditionally, in the bedroom, in part combined with four-poster beds and antique furniture. Modern meets in the kitchen all the requests. A push of a button gives the coffee machine to life - fresh coffee scent through the room, the morning is good. Add to that the fresh bread from the baker and a great start to a new day is done.

The log home with 1700 square feet living space consists of three bedrooms, two with double bed, one of which has an extra bed, and one bedroom with two beds and a cot. Also upstairs are 2 bathrooms, each with a steam shower and one with a bath tub. Also available a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living area (approx. 490 sq feet), the cozy kitchen and a guest WC. In addition to the underfloor heating on the ground floor and the bathrooms have the bedrooms on surface heating in the walls, which contributes to the high level of comfort. The natural materials create an excellent climate, characterized by coolness in summer and warm in winter. Facilities: 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with double bed and one extra bed and one with two single beds which can be put together). A bathroom with double vanity, steam shower with massage jets, tub, toilet and bidet. Large outdoor Jakuzzi, sunbeds and a lot more.

Ca. 150 Km cross-country skiing tracks and numerous alpine slopes on the spot respectively at the Winkelmoos alp / Steinplatte offer a great variety of available activities. You can reach the Winkelmoos alp easily by using the free ski shuttle and the new gondola lift that leave in Seegatterl. From your residence it only takes you 45 minutes to one of the prettiest skiing areas in the Bavarian Eastern Alps. Or go by horse-drawn carriage through the romantic winter wonderland.

Golf:
