New house in a very quiet location with 2 different apartments, which are individually well combined. It is in Canneto, a small, typical Medieval Italian village with fantastic views. From Canneto you are in 20 min. at the sea and in a good hour in the surrounding big cities such as Florence, Siena and Pisa. In the village there are shops, baker, bar and 2 restaurants. More shops are in Monteverdi, also a bank, post office, pharmacy, etc. Cecina is perfect for large purchases with big supermarkets such as Lidl, Penny and a large weekly market which is very attractive.

Two spacious studio apartments with fully equipped kitchenette and dining table for 3 or 4 persons. In the back of the room is one double bed or two single beds, with a curtain separated from the living room. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a sofa bed, suitable for children or adults. They are ground floor with direct access to the garden with barbecue and covered dining area.

Canneto is a small, typically Tuscan village on a hill in the Val di Cecina. In the near surroundings there are many small towns, with the typical narrow streets of cobblestone, for romantics, bon vivant and all those who want to relax. Cecina is the nearest city with all sorts of attractions such as shopping malls, market, animal and water park. Especially Cecina Mare is known for its miles of huge pine beach. This is a sandy beach with a pine forest behind it, with small paths to picnic, walk, horseback riding, hiking and biking. On the whole Etruscan coast from Vada until San Vincenzo there are several beautiful sandy beaches, including those which are very well suited for children, because the water is only knee- or hip-deep. In 40 km you are in Piombino, from there you can take the ferry to the island Elba, popular with snorkellers and nature lovers. All in all, a very attractive area which offers for Everyman / woman something.

Sehr nette Hausbesitzer,immer hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich,
sehr aktiv-rund ums Haus.
Die Wohnung sehr sauber,aber einfach ausgestattet.
Das Haus liegt ideal für Ausflüge jeglicher Art.
Leider war es nicht so ruhig,wie beschrieben...
Canetto ein sehr romantisches,altes Dorf mit einem super-spitzenmäßigem Pizzabäcker,muß man sich unbedingt reinziehen!
Für Aktiv-Urlauber unbedingt empfehlenswert :-)

schicke saubere Ferienwohnung in einen großenhaus mitten im Bergdorf. Vermieterin und Menschen dort sind uns ans Herz gewachsen. Es gibt ein kleinen lieben Hund mit im Haus.

Haben jeden tag genossen....
