This detached house is in a well-maintained holiday estate. It‘s approx. 400 m to the beach. The house has a living/dining room with open kitchen with access to the small inner courtyard. Next to it on the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 1.60 m and 2 single beds) and a bathroom (with bath). An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor. Here there is a large bedroom with shower bathroom and a large sun terrace. The sun terrace on the ground floor has access to the living room and Mediterranean garden and is roofed. The house is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, stereo, air conditioning on each floor, washing machine, outdoor shower, parking space. It‘s approx. 8 km to Denia. There are shops in the estate (Lidl) and in local small towns. Sports facilities in the estate (2 tennis courts 50 m), 2 golf courses (Oliva / Denia 12 km), windsurfing centre (1 km), riding and mountain biking (Els Poblets 3km).

The holiday estate of Deveses Playa is 8 km north of Denia. Towns right next to it include Els Poblets and El Vergel. It’s approx. 400 m to the sandy beach. The estate is inhabited all year in part. The estate includes 2 tennis courts and a pool (at present not maintained). A large supermarket is nearby. Other shops are also near. Restaurants and bars are also easy to get to.

es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. nette und ruhige nachbarn. keine durchgangsstraße. saubere einrichtung. sehr gute Betreuung durch verantwortliche vor ort.
schöner strand in der nähe, leicht mit vorhandenen fahrrädern zu erreichen. lidl in unmittelbarer nähe.
der fernseher könnte etwas größer sein. pool stand nicht zur verfügung, wurde aber vom vermieter bei telefonaten erwähnt.
