This is a luxurious accommodation, which used to be a country house. It was restored according to the rules of the craftsmanship, and equipped with the Tuscany Cotto floors. It has walls made of natural stone and rustic beam ceiling. We tried to preserve the old substances while restoring the house according to the nowadays, high standard. The furnishing is rustic, elegant and comfortable. The ambient is stylish and suitable for spoiled vacation guests, who want to be as comfortable on their vacation, as they are home, and who don’t want to give up the luxury they are accustomed to. Here you will also have the chance to enjoy the unequalled flair of Tuscany, the heated whirlpool, the sauna, a glass of Chianti or Prosecco on the bench by the pool while watching the sunsets.

The property is located in Casentino, a region covered by woods, and away from mass tourism, between Florence and Arezzo. It is located 2 km outside of the small town Talla. It is free standing, and it is surrounded by an untouched nature. It is an ideal place for relaxation and recreation. Still, you can reach romantic places in just a few minutes by car, or go on cultural trips to Arezzo (35 km), Florence (70 km), Siena (80 km), Cortona (60 km), etc. Thanks to the central location of the villa, you have a whole variety of trip destinations, restaurants and coffee bars within 2 km.

Notes: The furnishing consists mainly of beautiful, antique furniture. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. There is a normal, as well as an extra large refrigerator with 2 doors. You will find beautiful porcelain and precious glasses. The house has 3 living rooms: 2 en grade and 1 on the first floor. Each of them has a fireplace made of natural stone, comfortable seats and satellite TV. Anyone can find even indoors a place, where they can be undisturbed.

Further information: The sauna is on the ground floor of the dependence, near the pool. It is suitable for 5 people, directly near the bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Near the pool, there is also an extra large grilling and barbecue area. Garden furniture, sunshades and deck chairs are available. If the guests want to organize a family party, a cook, and further personnel can be hired on request. You can also order a small bus with Chauffeur. You can order a real Tuscan menu, and you can enjoy yourself in the elegant ambient, like in any stylish restaurant. The property is fenced. The garden gate is managed by a remote controller. The parking places are right on the property, and the house has a security alarm system.

Golf: In Pool, within 30 minutes by car, there is a golf course with a wonderful panoramic view.

If you are looking for an exquisite villa with everything you need, this villa is it. Our group consisted of 12 people and it can be difficult to please everyone but the villa was above our expectations.
The location is located near the quaint town of Talla and not far from Siena, Arezzo and Florence. Everything about the villa is first class from the gilded mirrors, Italian tile throughout, wooden shutters and antiques. The kitchen is fully equiped with the finest cookware, dishes and glassware. The grounds are well manicured and the pool, sauna and hot tub are fabulous.
The process of booking the villa with Stephano was seamless. Our contact once we arrived at the villa was Sergio, who also happens to be the architect of this enchanting villa. He was gracious enough to give us the history of the villa and very helpful and knowledgable about the area. Sergio also arranged to have chefs come in and cook for us one night and arranged for us to go on a wine tour. I would recommend that when you stay at this villa that you do the same. Both were great!
Our stay at Villa Francesca was more memorable than we expected. I would highly recommend it. The only regret we all had was that we couldn't stay longer!
