Photos and Description of the Calpe holiday house

Our house is located in one of the most beautiful residential areas in Calpe 'La Canuta', only a few meters from the sea. You can enjoy the sun and the fantastic sea views on our numerous terraces, especially in the evening. The property has ca. 700 m² and it is very well kept thanks to the artificial watering system. The beach of La Canuta can be reached within 5 minutes on foot. There are a few km to the Calpe. The pool (9 x 4 m) can be used in the evening as well, thanks to the pool illumination. Many tables, chairs and decks are at your disposal. The bedrooms and the living rooms are equipped with screens against insects. In the apartment upstairs, there is a built-in fireplace, which provides pleasant warmth in the fall and in the winter. The bathrooms and the living rooms have electric heating with thermo regulation. 2 parking places are available.

Our house is located in the wonderful residential area of Calpe ‘La Canuta’. The emblem of Calpe is the 325 m high cliff ‘Penom de Ifach’, which goes 500 m into the sea, as a peninsula. It is not difficult to climb it, if you have appropriate shoes. Calpe offers a beautiful beach promenade on both sides of the mountain, as well as a historical promenade and an old center. You can make ship trips, as well as a trip to Alicante, by train. You can make further excursions in the Spanish hinterland, or to neighbouring cities such as: Altea, Benidorm or Denia. This region is a climatic health zone, and it is very suitable for people with rheumatic problems, such as asthma or heart and circuit diseases. In Calpe you have many shopping facilities (Aldi, Lidl or Mercadona), as well as German speaking doctors and dentists. The weekly markets of Calpe (Saturdays) and Altea (Tuesdays) are worth seeing, as well as the antique market on Wednesdays.
