This is an airy modern house near a tranquil beach in a very large enclosed garden. There is a beautiful sea view from the house and garden, and a beautiful sandy beach is only 300 m away. The house is in a side street in town and the town centre is about 500 m away. With its spacious rooms, generous living room and extra cosy seating on the upstairs landing up to 9 persons can spend a relaxed holiday here. The house is very well-maintained and the furnishing is mostly in Breton style.

Le Pouldu is a medium-sized town in south Finistere beside the Atlantic between the Breton districts of Finistere and Morbihan. There are very lovely sandy beaches and lots of things to see here. It’s not far to the town of Pont Aven with its well-known art galleries, the romantic little harbour at Moelan, Carnac and the famous megalith fields, Quiberon peninsula and the wonderful island of Belle Ile.
