Very beautiful, again reconditioned house in a calm location. Near (200 m) the center with all purchase possibilities, restaurants, pedestrian precinct and it is only 500 m away from the beach. The villa is very much maintained, table-ware and laundry of high quality are available. There are 3 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and 1 with bunk bed), 1 bath with shower and bath tub, wash basin on large furniture-mirror, 2 WCs and an open kitchen leading to the living room and the terrace. It is a closed property with parking possibility.
