The 47 m² large apartment has 2 rooms, and accommodates up to 5 people. It has top quality, modern equipment. It has a kitchenette, a dining corner, a double bed, a double couch bed and a single couch bed, as well as bathroom with shower and shell-shaped bathing tub. The apartment is on the ground floor and it has a garden with a terrace. In the summer, the garden invites you to relax after a beautiful walk in the city. Both the terrace and the garden furniture are made of teakwood. In the summer, you can rent from us a barbecue with charcoal or an electric barbecue. From all the windows you have a nice view over the green spots.

The apartment is 10 minutes away from the city park and the green belt. The summer guests can enjoy the largest city swimming pool by the Rhein Energy Stadium in the neighbourhood. The pool can be reached by means of public transportation as well. In close vicinity, within approx. 100 m at the end of Danziger Street, you will find the big, covered mall “Rhein-Center” and many shopping facilities. There is an approx. 30 000 m² sales is spread on 3 floors. There are approx. 150 single line stores, a general store, 2 fashion boutiques, 1 retail warehouse for entertainment electronics. There is also a fitness studio in the Rhein Center. “Feminin”, the fitness studio for ladies is 100 m around the corner (Partner der Fit + Well Gruppe). The Clarks Family sport park is 5 minutes away (Partner der Fit+Well Gruppe).

We travelled at the end of October for a three night stay.

The Apartment was beautifully clean, well-fitted out with a big sliding door opening onto the garden. Nice and warm, wonderful bathroom with powerful shower, big shopping centre for coffee/milk/bread (and surprisingly good cheap wine!) at the end of the street, a short walk from the nearest tram stop (20 mins to town centre).

Recommended.

Gut ausgestattete und hübsch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Dank der zentraler Lage konnten wir unsere Ausflugsziele und Innenstadt per S-Bahn zu jeder Zeit ganz einfach erreichen. Ein Supermarkt für den Einkauf von Lebensmitteln liegt gleich um die Ecke. Der Vermieter war bei der Schlüsselübergabe sehr freundlich und konnte uns jede Menge Infos zu Köln geben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war wirklich perfekt für unser verlängertes Mädls-Wochenende in Köln. Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung wurde vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Gehobene Ausstattung freundliche Vermieter. Sehr ruhige Lage durch die Anbindung mit S-Bahn ist man in 15 Minuten im Zentrum.
Die Wohnung würde ich jederzeit wieder selbst mieten und auf jeden Fall auch weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren schon mehrere Male in dieser Wohnung und haben immer eine sehr schoene Zeit genossen. Sehr gut ist die Lage nah am grossen Rheincenter und zentral zu allem gelegen. Praktisch auch mit Kind wegen Garten. Werden gerne wieder buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung war entspricht auf jedem Fall den angegebenen Details lt. Angaben. Freundlicher zuvorkommende Vermieter. Der allgemein Zustand der Ferienwohnung war sauber und gepflegt. Gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittels in Zentrum von Köln.
Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
