This 6,500 m2 site includes two quite separate houses right beside the sea with their own pools, terraces, heating, water, electricity etc. the houses are fully furnished with satellite TV, central heating, dishwasher, washing machine etc. A private flight of steps leads down to the sea. The site is completely level and planted with ancient trees, through which winds a private walkway ideal for dog-walkers. Each house is fully furnished for 8 persons. It’s situated half way between Moraira (5km) and Calpe (6 km). The nearest supermarket is 1 km away.
