The apartment is located on the southern edge of Tinning, a district of Riedering. While having a cosy breakfast or ringing out the evening , you will have an exclusive view from our south-facing balcony (private) of the foothills to the alps. The lovely furnished holiday apartment offers space for 2-4 people. The holiday apartment consists of an eat-in kitchen, living room/bedroom, bath/shower and WC. In the eat-in kitchen you will find a kitchenette (4 plate stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, water cooker, hand mixer, enough cooking and dining utensils). A corner bench with a large table and chairs offers space for up to 6 people. A colour TV with satellite connection and a CD radio are available. In the living room/bedroom you will find a double bed, a sofa bed with a corner suite. Towels and bedsheets are included in the price. The holiday apartment is very spacious and convenient for seniors who are looking for relaxation from every day stress.

To the most important destinations of Chiemgau and to the neighbouring Tirol that is just a stone's throw. The holiday season is year-round by Simssee. The four seasons offer a wide palette of adventure and relaxation options for locals and guests. The nature reserve of Simssee and Tinninger See has existed since 1993. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Wohnung sauber und alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Man kann Ausflüge in alle Richtungen machen. Ob München, Salzburg, Kufstein, Innsbruck alles für einen Tagesausflug erreichbar. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist sehr schön. Egal ob Simsee, Chiemsee oder die sonstigen vielen kleineren Seen laden zum Verweilen ein.
Ich werde meinen nächsten Urlaub bestimmt wieder hier verbringen.

Diese Ferienunterkunft ist sehr idyllisch gelegen und man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Alpenpanorama.Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ist top, selbst Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind inklusive, Internet-Anschluss ist auch vorhanden. Das Vermieterehepaar ist bei allen Fragen gern behilflich.
Wenn man hier Urlaub macht sollte man unbedingt eine Seilbahnfahrt machen, die Kampenwandbahn ist ganz in der Nähe (ca. 15 km). Von dort oben hat man einen tollen Blick über den Chiemsee u.s.w.
In Prien ist das Prienavera, ein Spaßbad, klein aber oho. Auch Salzburg und München sind von hier nur ca. 45 min. entfernt. Urig und lecker essen kann man im "Alten Wirt", riesige Portionen für schmales Geld.

Die Ferienwohnung kann ich vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen, es ist auch nicht ausgeschlossen, daß wir zu "Wiederholungstätern" werden.

Wenn man absolute Ruhe sucht ist man hier richtig.
Lage ist zentral und bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.
Familie ist bemüht das man sich wohlfühlt.
