Furnished with a love for detail and with every comfort. The estate is only 3 km from the miles long sandy beach and the old town of Conil. It was lavishly conceived and offers a living space of approx. 260 m², distributed over 2 floors, suited for 6 to a max. of 12 persons. The house is tastefully decorated in the country style and boasts all conveniences. There is a swimming pool, sauna house and a thatched area for barbecues in the garden similar to a park. Several terraces and lounges invite you to relax. You can enjoy comfortable hours in a private atmosphere – optimal for the holiday with family or friends. There are fabulous opportunities for riding (rides/lessons) in the vicinity. The excellent golf courses of Costa de la Luz can be reached in a few minutes.

Conil de la Frontera is a charming fishing town. The white houses extend up the hillside towards the sea right up to an idyllic, 16 km long sandy beach. Beach lovers get their money’s worth here. Beside the popular 'chiringuitos', traditional small beach bars as well as good sea-food restaurants you will also find numerous cafes and traditional Tapa-bars in the charming old town with whitewashed lanes and patios adorned with flowers. Everyone who has visited Conil loves the town. The small town has retained its Andalusian charm despite the steadily growing tourism. An enchanting old town, a sparkling clean beach - Conil has simply everything what the heart desires. The surroundings of Conil offer a varied landscape: wide pine groves, hilly country, fields, orchards and vegetable gardens as well as uniquely beautiful beaches: sometimes stretching over miles, sometimes wildly romantic with small bays. Notes: The villa is furnished with all comfort and decorated with a lot for detail. Rustic wooden furniture, Terracotta tiles and beautiful materials give the house its special flair. Unique antique pieces are tastefully combined with the modern. The house boasts a glassed-in winter garden to its southern side and is surrounded by several terraces which look into the garden. All rooms are decorated to give a homely feel. To help you feel cosy on cold evenings there is a large open fireplace, a cast-iron oven in the first floor as well as a modernised central heating, so that you can live beautifully even in winter. The house is comfortably equipped with: Sat TV (Spanish and German programs), video recorder, stereo system including CD player, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine etc. In the outdoors behind the house there is a big, thatched terrace, a brick-walled barbecue place with grill as well as a small sauna house.

Very very very nice!

Very spacious house and garden, slightly oddly laid out internally - it has two kitchens, one upstairs but this is quite handy as it has an extra 'fridge!. Great outdoor eating area, lovely pool and garden, cheap to use tennis courts over the road and five minute drive to one of the nicest beaches I've ever been on. The town of Conil is rapidly expanding sadly but has some fabulous bars and restaurants. The beach at El Palmar is great, 16 kilometres long - apparently - and provided you can be bothered to walk a short distance from the carparks and restaurants not busy. The town has an amazing market selling mainly fish and fruit / veg. although the supermarkets are getting so good and are more accessible so I wonder if the market will survive much longer. Marion who owns the house is lovely, very friendly and very helpful. Downsides if there are any, would be that there isn't a nice bar or restaurant within walking distance of the house which some might consider nice to have; the road on which the house is situated is not maintained or cleaned well and the roadside is covered in rubbish; it's also quite expensive, but you get what you pay for!

Einmalige Ferien in einem einmaligen Domizil! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genosen. (Claudia Reiner aus Marburg) Gratuliere! Ihr Haus hat unseren Geschmack 100prozentig getroffen-das findet man selten. Ein sehr schönes Objekt, top-gepflegt und wirklich schönl eingerichtet (Thomas Neumann aus Hannover)

Traumhaus

Dieses Haus verdient tatsächlich die Bezeichnung "Villa" und hat ohne jede Einschränkung fünf Sterne verdient. Alle Zimmer sind mehr als geräumig und bestens augestattet. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für die Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt.

Wir waren mit 11 Personen da (4 Erwachsene und 7 Kinder im Alter von 10 Monaten bis 14 Jahre) und trotzdem hatte man nie ein Gefühl der Enge. Gerade für die Kleinen hat die äußerst nette und aufmerksame Vermieterin an alles gedacht (Babybetten, Hochstühle etc.) Fehlte etwas, war es innerhalb kürzester Zeit da.

Auch das Grundstück ist absolut perfekt. Riesengroß, sehr gepflegt, nicht einsehbar, ruhig. Mittelpunkt war natürlich der Pool, aber auch der Außengrill (mit überdachtem Sitzplatz) und die Tischtennisplatte wurden häufig genutzt.

Conil, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die traumhaften Strände sind leicht per Auto (das man braucht) in fünf bis zehn Minuten zu erreichen. Ausflugs- und Restaurantstipps gibt es direkt von der Vermieterin.

Alles in allem war es ein Traumurlaub in einem Traumhaus. Wir haben sofort wieder gebucht!

Wir waren im März für eine Woche im La Jandilla. Es war großartig und ist ohne Einschränkung weiter zu empfehlen.

Das Haus stand sauber und top gepflegt für uns am Anreisetag bereit. Toller Empfang der deutschsprachigen Eigentümerin.

Das Haus biete alles, was man so braucht für einen Urlaub. Toller Pool mit parkartigem Garten. BBQ-Platz mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Super Küchenbe-reich offen zum Ess-/Wohnbereich. Mit Kamin im Wohnzimmer, falls es abends doch mal kühler wird.
Besonders gefallen hat uns auch, dass die Möglichkeit gegeben ist, z.B. den Mittagssnack wahlweise auf der Veranda im Schatten oder auf der Terrasse in der Sonne zu genießen.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wunderschönes Haus und Garten. Insgesamt ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil. Sehr viele, sehr schöne Rückzugsräume im Freien sowie im Haus. Himmlische Ruhe bei strahlend blauem Himmel haben uns den Urlaub sehr genießen lassen. Auch Conil und Umgebung sind eine absolute Reise wert. Wir zehren noch von unserem schönen Aufenthalt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank.
