The orange valley of Soller, one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Mediterranean, can be reached in a short time - about a 2h flight and 30min by car. The fantastic coast, romantic paths over the mountains and through charming valleys and gorges, beach and sea and the lush nature are all nearby. The Mediterranean cuisine is wonderful. Art nouveau style buildings, charming alleys, a lifestyle influence by the French and the friendly residents characterize this city. The surrounding villages are the most beautiful in Spain. The finca is located between "Soller" and "Puerto Soller" - both are connected by the nostalgic tram, which can be reached in about 20min on foot. The natural stone house was renovated and expanded, is equipped with 220V and connected to the city's drinking water. The covered veranda in front of the house invites you to relax, the 2500m² garden offers orange and lemon trees for your pleasure.

The finca is in a peaceful secluded location between the city and harbour - it is secluded at the end of a private path in orange gardens. Both districts can be reached in 20min on foot or through the restored tram. The hotel "Finca Ca'Nai" borders the finca with its property. Our natural stone house was renovated and expanded, has local drinking water and 220V electric connection. The water in the pool comes from a converted cistern and is recycled and filtered, plus, there is an outdoor shower to refresh yourself. The covered porch in front of the house is an inviting place and a shaded summer living room - the powerful walls protect the front area. You can pick fresh oranges and lemons from garden - there are about 100 trees.

We have just returned from a fantastic holiday and this lovely farmhouse. Rudi the owner could not have been more helpful and kind. The pool was perfect for the children. There is so much room - the views are beautiful, sipping wine on the terrace watching the stars was devine! Port and town nearby although I would recommend a car although I am sure Rudi would say no need! If we could go back we certainly would it was a great find.

Nette mallorquinische Steinfinca mit immer frischen Orangen und Zitronen aus dem großem Garten. Schöne Lage mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Umgebung und ins Tramuntana-Gebirge. Wer sich mit der relativ einfachen Innenausstattung arrangiert, kann auf dieser Finca mit Sicherheit einen schönen Urlaub verbringen. Bei uns hat sich leider kein vollkommenes Urlaubsfeeling eingestellt.
