Photos and Description of this Saint-Raphael holiday villa

Substantial villa from the beginning of the 20th century, situated at only 30 m from the sandy beach and the sailing club. All shops, restaurants and the Wednesday’s market are at app. 50 m by feet. It is the perfect place to spend holidays with the family, even without using a car. The villa was recently completely renovated and is pleasantly equipped for four adults and two children. The garden is closed and the Plane tree in front of the house invites you supper in the shadow with friends. The ground floor is one big room representing the living area, dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, you will find two rooms with French beds each, a child’s room with two superposed beds and a bathroom / WC with a large shower.

Agay is a high-class suburb of the city of Saint-Raphaël. This city is very large with only 35000 habitants, located half the way between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Raphaël offers nearly 35 km of coast with 5 harbours, innumerable large and small beaches, TGV-train station, airport shuttle and regularly ferry to Cannes and Saint-Tropez. The access to the domain of La Bastide is only possible for residents with key code, which underlines his exclusive and calm nature. Agay is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Agay by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
