From here you can watch Whales in winter time, endless ocean waves crushing against the shoreline all year long. The ocean is just 60 feet away from the building. This location is close to many activities: swimming, surfing, snorkelling, jogging, walking. Tennis court and Volleyball court is very close by and free of charge. You will not need to drive to enjoy those many activities.
