This very beautiful bungalow is located in a very peaceful, private complex in Playa de las Americas. The large beach is about 300m away. The bungalow is rented for 2 people, whereby, it is expressly noted that a lot of value is placed on tranquillity in the complex. The bungalow was just recently renovated, there is a large kitchen, a large living room with a terrace, a toilet on the ground floor, a staircase leads to the upper floor. There you will find a large bedroom with 2 beds, a large bathroom with a shower cabin, a large terrace with a sea view, a small storage room, a beautiful pool with beds, just 20m away and belongs to the complex. All shopping facilities are located nearby.

The bungalow is located in one of the most beautiful complexes in Playa de las Americas, about 300m from the large beach, a beautiful golf course is located nearby, multiple golf courses can be reached in a radius of about 15km. The German doctor's centre is located across from the complex along with a few supermarkets. The bungalows on the complex are exclusively from private individuals, thus, a lot of value is placed on absolute tranquillity. The closest, larger city with a lot of shopping facilities and beautiful restaurants can be reached in about 30min on foot.
