The apartment has tastefully been furnished with high quality antiques and with loving care for each detail. There are three terraces, which open up views to the deep blue meditteranean sea and to the luscious hills of the hinterland. The apartment has been used exclusively by the owners family until 2007 and can now be booked from guests, coming to visit the treasures of the Ligurian Coast. There are a few beaches within walking distance; there is a golf course and tennis courts in Rapallo (3 km), Santa Margherita and Portofino call for a stroll, shopping and savouring some of the famous delicatessen of the region.

The small village of San Michele is situated only 3 km from Rapallo and from the well known town of Santa Margherita and Portofino, right in the heart of the Riviera Levante. Just in the east of Genoa. All major places of interest in the region, from Genoa to the Cinque Terre, are close to San Michele and can be reached either by car, ferry or train. There are several hiking trails between the Nationl Parc of Portofino and the Cinque Terre, all within easy reach from the house. The beach is within walking distance, the sea is calling with its deepest blue. Sitting on one of the airy terraces you are drawn to relax and to throw a long meditative glance at the wideness of the sea. The romantic railway, connecting Genoa, the costal villages of the Costa Levante, the Cinque Terre is leading right along the coast. Seeing the apartment house is very close to the sea, it is also close to the railway. Trains run all day and also at nights.

Notes: Apartment Cidda is located on the second floor of an apartment building with 6 futher apartments. However once inside you forget about neighbours and others in general and are instantly enticed to sit down on one of the three sunny terraces to savour the views to the blue sea and the green of the hinterland. The furnishing is well selected and creates a homely atmosphere with antiques and several works of art of the owner himself. There is a large living room and dining room, a large bedroom with a double bed (1,65 m), one bedroom with a single bed and an extra matrasse in case of need and one bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed (1,35 m). Kitchen and bathrooms are all modern in very good order. Becuase of the peronal furnishing style one feels at home the very moment one enters the house. All three terraces feature sun and shade, blue or green views at any time of the day.
