Vacation house Casa Musso with 2 terraces and inner yard

Our inviting vacation house is a very quiet, lovely restored Rustico, with an inner yard, in the small mountainous village Bestagno. It has 2 large terraces with wood furniture, 2 bedrooms and 1 living/bedroom (with a high quality couch bed). The large dining room with fireplace and exclusive equipment invites you to enjoy yourself. In the kitchen, you can find, aside from the modern gadgets, a rustic grill fireplace. There is a big bathroom/ WC and there are further auxiliary rooms with washing machine and dish washer. Dogs are welcome. Through maintained olive groves, you can reach Pontedassio with its numerous shopping facilities, in about 4 km. From there, there are only 6 km to the sea. There are breathtaking views over the surrounding mountains and the Ligurian Sea, which you can experience while hiking or hiking. The Ligurian mountainous world, the Piemonte, the French Riviera, the Provence and the Alps offer numerous possibilities for day excursions. Restaurants are around.

Bestagno with its approx. 300 inhabitants is a quarter outside Pontedassio, and it is located in the middle of numerous well kept olive groves, at approx. 400 m. Here you will find, on one hand the silence and the privacy of a Ligurian mountain village, on the other hand, a large variety of leisure time possibilities. You can start your hiking or your biking tours just in front of the house, and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Ligurian Coast, as well as the mountainous world in the hinterland. There are shopping facilities in Pontedassio and in the close located Imperia. In the port of Oneglia, there are excellent fisher restaurants. The hinterland with its mountain villages, offers a variety of typical dishes in cosy restaurants. Thanks to the good coast streets, you can reach the coast city of Genua and the Cinque Terre, as well as the noble Monte Carlo or the lively Nizza, within a 1 day excursion.

Ski information

The next ski lift is Montesi, only ½ hour away. The former World Cup Region Limone-Piemont can be reached in about 1 ½ hours.

Golf- Information

Only 4 km from the sea and 5 km from the motorway exit Arma di Taggia, there is the Castellaro Golf Club, a tourist sport and residential area of a picturesque beauty. Castellaro is a 9-hole golf course with illuminated Driving Range and Club House, which is situated exactly in the center of the entire property. Further on, there is an 18-hole golf course in San Remo or Garlenga (Albenga), and other possibilities in close vicinity.

We spent some wonderful weeks in Casa Musso, Bestagno! The house was even nicer than we expected and the view was breathtaking! Enjoying a good meal on the "lower" terrace and then watching the sun go down on the "roof-terrace" was fantastic. The house is very neat and clean and the inner-yard actually has it´s own orange tree!
The area has a lot to offer - nice little towns along the coast and old villages up in the mountains. Getting back to the house in Bestagno after a whole day in the busstle of the Riviera was very calming. Our teenagers visited us the last week and enjoyed the house and the environments.
