A dream directly on the beach! Our lone standing villa has a lot of apartments and sunny patios and is located on one of the most beautiful and quietest beaches on Southern Fuerteventura. The apartments are comfortable and furnished with a lot of attention paid to details.

Apartment Oleander has a large living room with satellite TV and is openly designed acing the kitchen and dining area with an eat-in kitchen. There is a bedroom with a double bed, a large armoire with a safe and two night tables. The second bedroom has a French bed (large) and a spacious armoire. The bathroom has a large shower, WC and sink. It is completely equipped with a hair dryer, scale and a lot more. The very large patio faces the sea and offers an unobstructed sea view (sea is about 50m away), it can be entered from the living area and is surrounded by green and blooming plants. It is partially covered and offers protection from the sun and wind if needed. The property has its own beach entrance (beach borders the property), a shower outside, a bathroom and storage space for sport equipment. Experience the panorama of Costa Calma and enjoy the fantastic sunsets over the sea.

25% pre-payment when booking via bank transfer, the rest of the sum is to be paid 4 weeks before arrival via bank transfer. Price applies to a booking with 1-2 people. For a booking with 3-4 people: 130 EUR per day. For long term rental: 10% discount starting with the 4th week. In addition, a final cleaning fee for 80 EUR. Included in the price are: a welcome basket, weekly cleaning with a change of bedsheets, towels, shower mat, beach towels, dish rags for a stay of more than 7 days. A more intensive cleaning service can be booked for a fee upon prior request.
