Beautiful apartment in a small apartment complex with a pool. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom and a balcony. The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen and safe. Towels, bedsheets and German TV available. The apartment is ideal for 1-4 adults or 2 adults and 3 children. The closest 18 hole golf course is only 4 km away.

The apartments are located only about 150 m from the beach on a peaceful side street. Not much further away you will find shopping facilities and a good selection of restaurants and bars for all tastes. The beaches Playa de Los Pocillos, Matagorda, Playa Guacimeta and Playa Honda form the longest connected chain of beaches on the island of Lanzarote with more than 8 kilometres of length. Parallel to this is the Paseo Maritimo, a beach promenade made in 2004, that connects the beaches of Puerto del Carmen with Arrecife. You can go on wonderful walks here, cycling, inline skating, etc.. The peacefully located apartments offer a lovely contrast to most of the larger complexes in Puerto del Carmen. Kleine Anlage mit Pool.
Sauber und geplegt.Liegt auf einer Anhöhe über dem Strand von Los Pocillos in einer Sackgasse.
Kein Straßenlärm und auch der Nähe gelegen Flughafen ist kaum zu hören.Restaurants und Supermarkt in der Nähe.
Die Ausstattung ist einfach und zweckmäßig,alles macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck.
Wer Ruhe und Erhohlung sucht ist hier genau richtig

Ruhig und ungezwungen

Perfekte Anlage um ungezwungenen Urlaub zu machen. Der Inhaber spricht deutsch, so daß man seine eigenen Wünsche und Anregungen ohne Probleme mitteilen kann. Zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten, zum Einkaufen geht man ebenfalls 5 Minuten. Die Anlage liegt ruhig am Rande des großen Tourismus und dennoch nah am Zentrum, welches sich auf eine Länge von ungefär 3 km erstreckt.
Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren hier hin und werden sicherlich auch in Zukunft immer wieder hierhin (Mittlerweile 25x)

Sauber und geplefgte Anlage, nette Vermieter, die sich um alles kümmern. Sehr empfehlenswert. Schöne Terasse mit Pool. Ruhig gelegen auf einem Hügel, Meerblick von den oberen Appartments.
