Located on a mountain side of the Montenegro Adriatic coast, the apartment has a traditional architecture (the ground floor is in natural stone). From all the windows and from the balconies, you can watch the sea and the old city of Budava. There is a common terrace, a summer kitchen, a barbecue, a small garden (pharmaceutic herbs can be picked up), couches, hammocks, sun shades, outdoor showers and a washing machine. The private living room with satellite TV can be used only on special occasions. The apartment is friendly decorated in blue. Linen and towels are periodically changed. Guided hiking tours, boat rides on Skadar Lake and bathing bays are possible. We also offer Reiki treatments and mild ‘Breuß’ massages in the house. 2 oak trees offer refreshing shadow, while the salty sea/mountain air and the fresh spring waters contribute to your well being.

'Kuca-Peric' is located in Tudorovici, an old village upside from the hotel island Sv. Stefan, between Budva (8 km) and Petrovac (7 km). In both towns you can find, besides numerous supermarkets, fresh markets with everything that the native land and the sea have to offer. There are approx. 2 km to the next beach, namely the former romantically wild nude camping place, in the middle of olive groves, with bathing bays. Within 3 km, there is a further cliffy and pebble beach which attracts thanks to the rich springs, the water of which gather in pools. Between Bar and Ulcinj, 30-50 km away, you can find further fine sandy beaches. All these, as well as further beaches are well known for their crystal clear waters. There are 2.5-3 km to the island Sv. Stefan and the homonymous town. You can hike to visit a few chapels, monasteries, and an Albanian nomad family. Skadar Lake with interesting birds, fish and flora can be reached within 30 minutes by car, via the romantic mountain street.

Further information: On the large balcony with sea view you can enjoy wonderful sunsets and, in the nights with full moon, the view of the moon bathing in the sea. Guided hiking tours, boat rides on Skadarsee Lake and numerous bathing bays are possible for certain charges. A Reiki professional on location offers Reiki treatments and Breuß massages. The guests can be picked up from the Dubrovnik airport. You can land on the closer Tivat airport only via Belgrad. There are convenient flights from there as well.

Es war ein erholsamer und eindrucksreicher Urlaub. Die Wohnung liegt für Ausflüge sehr ideal. Wir haben viel vomm schönen land gesehen. Das Zimmer ist nett eingerichtet, sauber und mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer. ( Balkon) Besonders die Sonnenuntergänge sind einmalig. Sie liegt oberhalb , auf einer Anhöhe, sehr ruhig und mit nettem Gartenbereich. Hängematte, Tisch mit Stühlen, Liege, Grillmöglichkeit sind vorhanden. Auto sollte unbedingt vorhanden sein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und freigiebig. Man wird richtig verwöhnt.

Adria- und Berg-Urlaub

Die Angaben des Vermieters waren sehr ausführlich und aussagekräftig. Es ist ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetes Domizil. Der Vermieter ist äußerst nett, hilfsbereit und gibt viele Tipps.
Um Land und Leute kennenzulernen ist diese Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Bei schönem Wetter ein herrlicher Blick über die Adria beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Frühstück oder Halbpension ist empfehlenswert und sehr gut. Sehr gute Ausgangslage um die nähere Umgebung (ca. 70 km) zu erkunden. Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super.

Entspannen hoch über der Küste der Adria

Sehr ruhige, wunderschöne Lage hoch über der Küste, abseits vom Partyrummel Budvas. Das Grundstück bietet verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, auf der Gemeinschaftsterasse mit Sommerküche oder auf dem Balkon vor dem eigenen Zimmer. Besonders überzeugend ist die Aussicht aufs Meer und die Bucht von Budva. Die Vermieter sind vor Ort und empfangen Ihre Gäste sehr herzlich und sind allgemein sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wie etwa bei der Such nach einem Mietwagen. Dafür nochmals danke :-) Einziges Manko: eigenes Auto wird dringend empfohlen. Aber dann sind eine Vielzahl wunderschöner Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist für einen entspannungs und Badeurlaub sehr zu empfehlen.
