Spacious villa situated in a private closed area. The object offers an exceptional view on the sea and the Estérel Mountains. It is fully equipped with high-class standard and has on 240 m² enough space for up to 10 persons. The Mediterranean garden is 1230 m² large. The pool measures 10 x 5 m and is 1.70 m deep. The entire ground floor consists of the 70 m² big living and dining room with open fireplace and the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and the barbecue. The master bedroom lies in the first floor. It has his own balcony with panoramic sea view and his en suite bathroom. In the garden floor, you will find 4 double rooms and a second living room. All the rooms on this floor have direct access to the pool terrace. There are also two bathrooms. You can station easily 3 cars on the ground.

Anthéor is bordered on the south by the Mediterranean Sea ands north side by the Estérel-Mountains. You can reach Anthéor by the fabulous coast road 'Corniche d'Or' from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël.
