Podere Le Baruti, a former farmhouse of stone is situated on 4.5 ha land yard with olive-, fruit- oak- and chestnut trees with a splendid view on the landscape of the Chianti region, the Valdarno and the picturesque village Montegonzi. The house was completely restored in 2006/07 under biological principles in traditional Tuscan style with today's amenities. All of the 4 apartments are equipped with Florentine terracotta floors, wooden beams and they are furnished in style. The beautiful area direct in the heart of Tuscany with its gentle hills planted with silver shimmering olive trees invites you to swim in our pool with dimensions of 6 x 14 m, horse back riding, biking and walking. Sight-seeing in the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo not only wellknown for its culture and art but also for shopping the 'alta moda' i.e. PRADA outlet. Wine lovers will find everything they love on all the vineyards in the famous Chianti Classico region.

Podere Le Baruti is lovely situated on a big estate around 10 mintues by foot out of the village Moncioni in the gentle hills of the Chianti and nearby Florence, Siena and Arezzo. Both cities - Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno - with many restaurants, bars and shopping possibilities are reachable by car in around 10 minutes. The historical old town of florence is reachable by train in half an hour. In Moncioni you will find an elegant restaurant, a bar as well as a postoffice and a small grocery store.

horse stable/horse trails/riding lessons: Have you ever dreamed about 'all the happiness on our earth that lies on the back of a horse'? Enjoy a leaded riding tour on our reliable and self raised horses in the beautiful area of the Chianti planted with the silver shimmering olive trees, vine yards and the picturesque villages. Besim will be very pleased to show you all the nice trails he knows. Beginners and children are welcome and can also learn how to ride in a comfortable atmosphere. Ask us for all inclusive riding weeks in spring and fall.

nordic walking lessons: Spcial: Get a nordic walking course and learn about Tuscan culture as well as the tasty Tuscany kitchen with our 'allez hop' licensed instructor Rosemarie Deck. Check-out the dates by us.

We had a wonderfyl stay. The facilities exceeded expectation, and Besim provided insight of the area and a wonderful horse back ride through the region. Highly reccomend Osteria Starda, a small kitchen about 20 minutes away, and definately have the dinner there. Again, the villas were very nice, the rehab done on the building is amazing. If you want a place to relax and get away from everything, but be in the middle of Tuscany to get to Sienna, Florence, Arrezzo, etc... this place is a good choice.

Sehr guter Eidruck, eingebettet in die wilde Natur. Sehr herzlicher Empfang der Eigentümerin, inkl. Erfrischung und einem Rundgang über das Gelände. Sehr einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen, in nur 5 Fahrminuten ist man bereits im kleinen Örtchen Moncioni, 10 Fahrminuten bis Montevarchi wo es div. Unterhaltungs - und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt.

Die Wohnungen sind sehr geräumig und rustikal eingerichtet - eben typisch toskanisch, sehr ansprechend. Da macht sogar das selber kochen in dieser Küche richtig Spass.

Unbedingt sollte man einen Ausritt mit den Pferden miteinplanen - das war für mich ein unvergessliches Erlebnis.

Kann diese Anlage wirklich all jenigen weiterempfehlen, welche Natur pur, Tiere und Kunst und Kulturferie mögen. Siena, Florenz oder auch Pisa sind mit dem Auto als Tagesausflug problemlos zu erreichen!
