The apartment has a pure living space of about 125m² and also a 50m² terrace. The terrace is partially covered. Additionally, you can bring down the sun blinds if you want more shade. The living space is divided among a living/dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a hallway, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. The living room alone is about 44m². Here you will find a cosy sofa, multiple chairs and a TV with SAT antenna so you can receive a lot of international television programs, like RTL. There are four chairs at the dining table. The first bedroom has a double bed with comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was integrated into the bedroom and is separate from the sleeping area by a half-height wall. The large exclusive "double bathtub" guarantees bathing fun for two. Next to the bathtub is the vanity. The single beds in two bedrooms can be pushed together.

The luxurious two room apartment has a wonderful view of the sea. The sunsets and the view of the neighbouring island La gomera are breath-taking. You only need one to two minutes on foot in order to get to the sea or to the lower pools (sea water). You only need about a three minute walk to get to the second pool (fresh water), which has a temperature of 26 to 28 degrees throughout the year. Note: owing to cleaning work, it is possible that both pools will be out of use between 15 May and 30 September. Near the upper pool you will find 3 tennis courts. It is about 300m to the bus stop. A small supermarket and a restaurant are also only a few steps away. The peaceful location of the object is another point that will make your holiday unforgettable. The Costa Adeje golf course, one of the most beautiful golf courses on the island, can be reached in about a 10min drive. You can get even quicker to the Abama golf course - it is only three minutes away.
