The old city apartment is located in the middle of the old town by the Salzburg pedestrian zone, a 5 minute walk to the fortress, festival hall, 2 minutes to Mozart's house, opera house, Mirabell garden, country theater. Our 50-60 m² apartments are equipped with a water bed in the living room and a comfortable pull out couch in the living room, sleeps 4. Our 100-110m² apartments have got 2 sleeping rooms with waterbeds each and 2 pullout sofabeds in the livingroom., sleeps 8. You can do all sightseeing by walking, and have a relaxing break on our sunterrace. The Linzergasse is with the Getreidegasse the most well known shopping street with a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. The apartments are situated from the 2nd to the 4th floor, there is no elevator, non-smoking apartments . We have got a 80 programms TV in different languages. Waher and dryer is in the house. Familys are very welcome!!

Our 2 room apartment is equipped with a water bed and a pull-out couch in the living room. However, you cannot cook in this apartment, there is only a refrigerator a microwave and a coffee machine. We can serve you homemade tortes, ice cream and freshly cooked specialties to the apartment or on our sunny patio.

Vacation without a car: You can enjoy your entire vacation without a car. Almost all attractions in Salzburg can be easily reached by foot. Numerous gardens and the beautiful atmosphere of the old city invite you to relax. Culturally, Salburg offers something for every taste. A large offering of concerts, theater performances and of course the Salzburg festivals. Museums, churches, exhibitions are all nearby. In a 2 minute walk from our apartment, you can take a small bus for a day excursion and they will lead you through the beautiful surroundings.

My husband and I and our 2 teenage girls spent one night in the apartment and found it to be lovely. It was very clean and comfortable and looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It was the perfect location for us to walk to the things that we wanted to see in Salzburg. The owner was very nice and extremely accommodating of our arrival and departure times. We ordered dinner from the restaurant downstairs and it was brought to us in the apartment. The food was excellent and the staff was wonderful. All in all, we highly recommend the apartment and would definitely stay there again ourselves.

This is a great place. The location is excellent--very convenient to the key sites. The apt. was just remodeled and is groovy! Clean, a big screen TV, the most comfortable pull-out double bed sofa that my wife and I have ever slept on, a firm and cozy double waterbed, beautiful bathroom facilities that had my kids constantly checking out the water faucet, and a convenient kitchen (with no cooking stove, but a nice microwave to warm up and even steam veggies). Above all else, the owners are fabulous people--very kind, fun and helpful. And the restaurant serves up great burgers and pizza that you can eat on the veranda or take back up to your apt. There can be a bit of street noise at night, but simply close the double windows and all is peaceful. Then during the day you can watch some of the pedestrian foot traffic (it is a no car zone!). Finally you are a few steps from a nice hill to climb and wander its paths and take in some wonderful vistas. I highly recommend this place.
