Excellent apartment!

"My husband and I and 6 of our friends stayed in the 2nd floor apartment that sleeps 8 from 9-18-09 to 9-21-09. It was AMAZING. Ingrid, the owner, is just a delight, and the apartment is recently renovated and pristine and clean. It is right on Linzer Gasse in the new city, and is about 2 blocks from the river and the Old Town. It was our first time to Salzburg, and it was within easy walking distance of everything you will want to see. GREAT restaurants and shops right on your street. Ingrid provided towels and linens for 8 people (as well as toilet paper, which you don't always have in an apt rental), and everything was very clean. There was a huge living room with a flat-screen tv, and 2 sofa beds, which were really comfortable. The 2 bedrooms each have a double waterbed and they are connected by a door. The bathroom is HUGE and has a bathtub and big shower as well as washing machine. There is no toilet in the big bathroom, but there are 2 (total) individual toilets in their own "bathrooms" with no sinks. We usually used the sink in the bathroom or the one in the kitchen. We made good use of the coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. EXCELLENT place to stay. I highly, highly recommend it.
