Las Fuentes is a corner bungalow with a small private garden near Torrevieja. The apartment is approx.80 m². It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with satellite TV, fireplace, American kitchen and dining room for 4 persons. The American kitchen contains fridge and freezer, electric cooker with ceramic plates, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and the usual kitchen utensils. In the garden and on the terrace there are loungers, garden chairs, a table and a barbecue. You’ll love the sunsets over the sea. The well-maintained pool behind the house is the central point of the lovely gardens.

Just behind the house there’s a wonderful pool and garden. The garden, the terraces, the living room with American kitchen and one bedroom are at the front i.e. the south-facing side of the house. You have a view over the park towards the sea. The surrounding salt seas and the beaches on the Meditteranean coast can be reached on foot in 15 minutes or in even faster by car. Two good-sized supermarkets and a Chinese restaurant are close by. It’s easy to reach Torrevieja from this estate and its lovely beach promenades, yacht harbour, sailing and diving schools, shops and restaurants in a short car-ride or by bus, which stops every hour outside the house in our quiet, traffic-free street. The golf courses in Villamartin and Campoamur are only a few kilometres away. Lots of interesting day trips e.g. to Tabarca island.
