The holiday house 'Villa Luxor' belongs to our top property category and certainly will meet the exacting requirements of our most discerning guests. The entire property covers about 1,200 m². The garden is largely given over to lawn. Trees, palms and smaller shrubs have been planted recently. There is a very large sun terrace with sun-loungers and parasols, and a solar-heated pool for private use. It is an exclusive holiday home in the Bauhaus style. Straight lines emphasise the remarkable architecture of the house, built in an L-shape. The high ceilings and nearly floor-to-ceiling windows give much open space. The floor area amounts to around 200m² and is distributed over one living room, two kitchens, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the doors are wide, which would permit a wheelchair user to move easily around the house. Villa Luxor does not want for anything; the most discerning holiday-maker will find everything here they might wish for.

Notes to the rental rates

• The price for this luxury mansion amounts to €140 per day for up to 2 people. Each further person, 13 years and over, costs an additional € 20 per day, under 13 years € 10. Children under 3 years are free. For a young child, a cot and a high chair are available. Final cleaning is charged as one extra day’s rent.

Location

At the centre of the resort is a shopping street with restaurants and bars, fashion shops, pharmacy and much more besides. Sun-worshippers will appreciate the beautiful weather in the south-west. The beach at Playa Paraíso is bordered by large, flat, rocky areas, tempting you to come and sunbathe. Sport activities such as diving, swimming or hiking are headline attractions in Playa Paraíso. You’ll find tennis courts here, as well as the beautiful 27-hole Costa Adeje golf course, which is very close-by.

Villa Luxor does not want for anything; the most discerning holiday-maker will find everything here they might wish for. In the large living room there are cosy sofas and armchairs. There is a satellite TV which receives major international television and radio channels, plus a DVD player and a radio. The living room gives onto the dining area, with table and chairs. All four bedrooms are roomy and well equipped. The double beds have comfortable mattresses.

Journey times

It’s about 5 minutes drive to Costa Adeje and you’ll need just 2 minutes to get to the small port 'Puertito'. Or you can drive down to Playa San Juan in less than 10 minutes. The town is similarly surrounded by banana and tomato plantations. The locality has been developed extensively in recent years but nevertheless it has retained its charm. On the Plaza with its high trees and park benches you will find cafés and restaurants which form an interesting and lively meeting place, in the evening too.
