The estate has a lot of trees: Olives, Alfa Roba, Figues, plantage with 50 fruit trees: Orange, Mandarine, Grapefruit, Lemon, Peaches, Grapes etc. The terrace round the house offers nice shadow spots. In front of the house is a 'Patio' with a barbecue and nice seats between old walls. A garage and a carport spend your cars shadow places. The big flat and the small flat are connected with a double door and could be separated or used as one unit. Both flats together have approx. 200 sq m. For summertime there are air-condition, for the cold season gas- and electric heating. The big garden and the pool will be cared permanently by a professional gardener, the house inside by a Portuguese Lady. She cleans the house and changes the laundry twice a week.
