Rustic and very charming rural cottage with large private terrace (150qm) and garden (ca. 5000qm) with fruit trees, olive grove, meadows and a small river. There is comfortable seating in the shade and a family size table is inviting you for a meal outside. Just next to the terrace there is a children's playground with a wooden playhouse and swing. There is a fire place inside and a barbecue outside. To the right and left of the house there are two neighbouring houses, which are occupied by some friendly Italians. Very well suited for families of 8 persons plus 2 children or groups of up to 9 adults.

A rental of bedlinen for 13 EUR p.P is possible.
  • Prices includie final cleaning, towls and bedlinen. The two children which are free of charge can eitehr bering their own bedlinen or can rent bedlinen for 13 EUR p.P. at the house.
  • Last minute offer: ten days or less before holiday start 10 % discount on above prices.
