• Additional costs: telephone, electricity, water, gas (kitchen and heating) are metered (usually 15 - 30 Euros per week). Final cleaning: 50 Euros due on arrival. Damage deposit: a 400 Euros security deposit is due on arrival and returned at the end of your stay, less any damages or unpaid fees.
