Relax, rest, feel "at home" on holiday - our holiday home offers you this directly on the sea. 65 m² of living space with a bedroom, bathroom, living-dining room, open kitchen and a terrace await you. From the large south-facing terrace you will have a breathtaking view and you will have your place above the wide sea. The furnishing - including a safe, washing machine, SAT-TV and radio - leaves nothing to be desired. In a few steps, you can reach the sea where you can go into the sea with comfortable temperatures during the summer and winter. It is only a few minutes on foot to the city over the beach promenade. A well equipped supermarket, a pharmacy, a bank, multiple local restaurants and an internet cafe are present. Swimming options can be found 20 to 500m away.

The urbanisation Bahia Azul on the southern slope of a headlong is located directly on the sea. To the city of Poris de Abona it is only a few meters on foot. From the southern airport you can reach Poris de Abona in about a 15 minute drive, from the northern airport in about 35 minutes.

Enjoy Tenerife without the crowds and just relax!

Poris is not the cliched Tenerife resort and is for those people who want some rest and relaxation. However, bring your phrasebook because I only met one person who could speak English.

Bahia Azul is a small development overlooking the sea which is independently owned and is very well maintained. The property contained everything you need and was very clean and benefits from a local manager who is very friendly and helpful. Our ground floor apartment had a view that helps you relax straight away, the patio area was very private and benefitted from the sun from 9.00 till 19.00.

This part of Tenerife is very quiet and away from the madding crouds, at night you can hear a pin drop. At the time of year we went there was only one bar open and the restaurant Casablanca in town opens only on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. (we visited out of season) It is not the cheapest place but serves authentic Canarian/Spanish cuisine, try the Goat it is to die for!

A car is a neccessity but it is great to have the freedom to explore the various resorts on the island and view the interior; Mount Teide is another world and not to be missed.

This was our first trip to Tenerife we normally travel to France/Italy and Mainland Spain by car, but we are definately going back, hopefully to the same place next year for some early Easter sun.
