Comfortable bungalow with 80 m² ground surface. It is situated right beside the sea (10 m). You can watch the sea from your terrace. Surrounding the bungalow there is a 400 m² garden with lawn and palms. In the estate there is a communal pool used exclusively in summer by inhabitants of the 9 houses. There is a washing machine in the house. There are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen and a living room with open fireplace and TV with satellite. Beside the house there is a lockable garage. A safe is provided. Garden furniture and loungers with cushions are provided.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen, ruhigen Siedlung direkt am Meer. Man gelangt über eine Treppe zum Meer. Wir haben uns hier sofort wohlgefüllt. Obwohl man vom Massentourismus verschont bleibt sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Lidl, Aldi und andere einheimische Supermärkte in unmittelbarer nähe. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet und mit allem bestückt was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Unsere Tochter haben wir nur selten gesehen da nicht nur Strand sondern auch ein sehr gepflegter Gemeinschaftspool zur Verfügung stand. Wir empfehlen dieses Urlaubsdomizil weiter weil wir uns hier 14 Tage richtig erholen konnten und alles sehr unkompliziert (Schlüsselübergabe) geklappt hat. Es stimmte einfach Alles und wir werden ganz bestimmt wieder nach Benicarlo fahren. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub.

die Lage des Ferienhauses ist wunderschön und dierekt am Meer, nur die Treppe ( direkt am Grundstück ) runter und das Meer liegt zu Füssen. Wir waren im September da.
Sehr ruhig - Entspannung pur. Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis klasse.
