Entirely remodelled luxurious house, in Kurfürstendamm, between the Adenauerplatz and the Stuttgarter Platz, conveniently located regarding traffic. You can quickly reach everything, Mitte, Postdam, Messegelände, direct access to the airports. This high standard house, built in an original style, is a real oasis in the middle of the pulsing big city for a relaxing stay. Right outside the door, the Brummt der Bär and the Ku´damm invite you to shop and stroll in their elegant, international fashion boutiques, galleries, restaurants, etc. There is a private entrance to the summer house on the ground floor with a front garden which is also suitable for handicapped persons. All the modern comfort such as washing-machine, dish-washer, TV, DVD, Internet, telephone. Decorated with love and care for detail. Enough room for 4 people, families with children are welcome (high-chair and cot available upon request). Parking lot free of charge. Ideally located with all the cultural highlights nearby.

Located approximately 100 m away from Kurfürstendamm in the summer house of a beautiful and luxurious old complex. It has a private ground level entrance which is ideal for handicapped persons and wheelchairs or if you don't like to climb stairs. Conveniently located regarding traffic - by car: use highway exit Kurfürstendamm, drive on Ku´damm up to Dahlmann street or to Adenauerplatz and you are almost there; by train - 2 routes: Spandau station and then the U7 to Adenauerplatz or from the main station and then taking the S5, S7, S9 or S75 to the Charlottenburg suburban line station; by plane: take the line S9 from Schönefeld Airport (about 40 minutes) or directly from Tegel airport taking bus 109 (around 17 minutes); By bus: many lines from Kurfürstendamm lead to several destinations; By foot: Stuttgarter Platz, the Savigny- Platz, the Lietzensee Park nearby; Messeglände 2 S-Bahn station, Mitte 6.

The bedroom is very comfortable and can be used for different purposes. The open-plan kitchen has Mediterranean tiles and is fully equipped with washing-machine, dish-washer, microwave, and everything you need for cooking, baking, ironing, etc. You can sit 4 to 6 persons in a delightful and relaxing atmosphere.

Wir fanden die Wohnung und unsere Zeit in Berlin echt Super. Es gab alles dass wir brauchten und deswegen haben wir uns ganz zu hause in der Wohnung gefuehlt. Viel war zu Fuss erreichbar und wenn nicht sind wir mit dem Bus, mit der S- oder U-bahn gefahren um die Umgebungen zu erforschen. Unser Urlaub war eigentlich wunderbar. Vielen Dank.

Fantastic base for a trip to Berlin

We recently stayed here for 4 nights with our two children. The flat is exactly as described by the owner - very comfortable, clean and warm and we thought it was unbelievable value for money, especially in a world city. Everything is brand new and of good quality. Although most of the places we wanted to visit were towards Mitte and the Eastern districts of Berlin, this was still a good location due to the choice of transport links enabling you to move around the city easily. There are also some very good restaurants within walking distance. The owner Angelika is very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to book this for a future visit or to recommend to friends.

Also die Wohnung war wunderschön! Wir kamen rein und waren gleich begeistert. Die Vermieterin konnte uns bei jeder Frage weiterhelfen und hat uns noch einige Tips gegeben :) Außerdem war sie sehr freundlich und war ständig mit uns in Kontakt während der Anreise, wegen der Schlüsselübergabe Die FeWo liegt zentral aber trotzdem ruhig in einer Seitenstraße mit freundlichen Nachbarn und bis zur nächsten U-Bahn und S-Bahn Station war es nicht weit. Auch ein Edeka-Markt war gleich in der Nähe. Alles in der Wohnung war sauber und in Ordnung. Sie ist nur weiter zu empfehlen und wir würden sie glatt noch ein zweites Mal mieten!!!

Mein Mann, meine Tochter und ich verbrachten eine Woche in dieser schoenen Wohnung, die wirklich komfortabel und sehr gut eingerichtet ist. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist fantastisch, die Lage ideal und es ist sehr einfach, sie richtig wohl und "zu Hause" zu fuehlen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und sympatisch und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung sehr gern weiter.

Schön wohnen mitten in Berlin-Charlottenburg

Meine Schwester und ich waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern für 3 Tage in Berlin und haben unseren Kurzurlaub nicht zuletzt wegen der schönen und geschmackvollen Wohnung mit der sehr praktischen Lage rundum genossen. Zu Fuß konnten wir bequem den Ku'damm erreichen und hatten damit auch nützliche Verkehrsanbindungen. Von der Sauberkeit und praktisch- durchdachten Wohnung waren wir schlichtweg begeistert und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke, sagen wir der netten Vermieterin für die nützlichen Tips zu Erkundung der Stadt.
