Enjoy the beautiful wildlife while hiking, biking or simply going for a walk. Our house is located in a very quiet area at the outskirts of town. So when you step out of the door - vacation will start for you! Balingen is located between Stuttgart and Lake Constance. It just takes an hour to explore the Black Forrest, Switzerland, Stuttgart or Lake Constance. Near by you have several opportunitys to do some outlet shopping. If you in love with mother nature enjoy the Swabian Alb that is right in front of you while hiking or biking. In Winter you can be active while ice skating or cross county skiing. If you like to relax a bit down town Balingen has several restaurants, bars, cafes and shops to visit. Every Saturday a farmers market is held in the center of the city. So come and enjoy!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt, geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet.
Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, wo man ausgiebig Spazieren und Wandern kann, der richtige Ort um sich gut zu erholen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Jedenfalls ist es dort hin immer eine Reise wert!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus in Balingen- Frommern kann ich jeder empfehlen.
Sah modern und ganz sauber aus.
Die Familie ist auch ganz nett und sehr hilfreich.
Hunde sind dort auch willkommen und unser Hund Hiro war auch mit dabei.
Hinter das Haus kann man eine schöne Wanderung machen.
In der Nähe, 2 Strassen weiter gibt es ein tolles Italienisches Restaurant ( Il Cavallino ) und die Bäckerei, wo es frische Brötchen jeden morgen gibt ist auch in der Nähe.
Freizeitsmöglichkeiten: Schloss Hohenzollern, Schloss Sigmaringen, Bodensee ( Deutschland, die Schweiz und auch Österreich ), Titisee und viele Wandergebiete.

Sehr schöne Fewo in absolut ruhiger Lage

Die Fewo ist hell, super geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieter war optimal, herzlich und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung eignet sich durch ihre Lage hervorragend für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge und Wanderungen. Das Vergnügungsbad Badcup in Albstadt ist mit dem Auto oder Bus ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Fazit: Absolut empfehlendswert!!!!
