The entire house is comfortably arranged. It is an energy-saving house, which is warmed by a heat pump, through the floor. The same mechanism cools the house during the summer. There is air conditioning which keeps the air fresh. The house is allergy friendly and has no mosquitos. The entire house is friendly arranged, partially with antique furniture. The room layout: On the ground floor, there is a hallway, telephone, PC with Internet access. The living room has Scandinavian fireplace, Sat-TV, DVD-Player, HiFi, leather suite. The big eat-in kitchen has a modern, integrated kitchen with Ceran stove top, microwaves, dish washer. You will also find a shower/WC, an office with double sofa bed. A central heating room with washing machine and dryer. Upper floor: corridor. 3 bedrooms with double bed. A shower / WC and a bath / WC.

Enjoy the rich nature in the North of Germany. You can make a trip to the close Netherlands (approx. 15 km) or to the North Sea. Visit one of the numerous open air museums or the zoo in Emmen (NL). You can bike, canoe or go fishing. Water skiing, carting or UL flights are also possible. You can also just enjoy the silence, or play golf on the golf course: “Golfpark Gut Dueneburg”. Visit the vacation center “Schloss Dankern” (Dankern Castle).

  • The above mentioned prices are for a minimum stay of 1 week and for occupancy with maximum 6 guests. If there are more than 6 guests, we will additionally charge 13 Euros per guest and per day. We charge a one time tax of 30 Euros, if you own a pet. We offer the following discounts: 10 % for a 2 week stay, 15 % for a 3 week stay.
  • There are no other additional costs. The final cleaning, the telephone calls within the German landline (excepting the special numbers) as well as the Internet access are for free.

Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort,es war ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus.Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Jeder hatte genügend Platz.Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Unsere Tennis-Damenmannschaft ist schon zum zweiten Mal in Ihrem tollen Haus gewesen und hat dort wieder mal ein wunderbares Wochenende verlebt - mit viel Wein, lecker Essen, guten Gesprächen und ganz viel Spaß. Die große Küche lädt ein zum Kochen, Spielen, Sitzen - für die Verantwortliche fürs leibliche Wohl das beste am Haus. Aber auch die Badezimmer, die Schlafzimmer, das Helle des Hauses, alles trägt bei zu Wohlbefinden und guter Laune.
Zwei Kleinigkeiten: Die Gartengestaltung dürfte ein wenig aufwendiger sein. Dass die Fenster nicht zu öffnen sind (bzw. nur manche Oberlichter) ist nicht so schön. Ansonsten: Alles bestens!!

Die Fenster sind nicht zu öffnen, weil es sich um ein Passivhaus (Niedrigenergiehaus) handelt und zur Lüftung eine automatische Lüftungsanlage mit Wärmerückgewinnung installiert ist. (Dies schreibt der Gesetzgeber so vor, und es ist auch ganz vernünftig und komfortabel). Durch die eingebauten Filter ist das Haus im Sommer auch relativ mücken- und pollenfrei.

Mit dem Garten haben Sie recht. Aber es ist eine Gratwanderung. Es reisen auch viele Gäste mit Kindern an, welche möglichst ausgelassen spielen wollen. Und die Eltern sind ruhiger, wenn die Gartengestaltung etwas robuster ist... Wir machen uns trotzdem Gedanken darüber.

Eine Unterkunft der Extraklasse

Unsere Erwartungen (in puncto Ausstattung u. Lage) auf Grund der umfangreichen Homepage waren sehr groß. Diese Erwartungen wurden nicht nur erfüllt sondern noch übertroffen.
Die Ausstattung in allen Bereichen ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Buchungsabwicklungen mit dem Vermieter waren völlig unkompliziert.
Kurzum: Wir haben mit 4 Ehepaaren einen schönen Kurzurlaub verbracht und die Unterkunft und die Umgebung von Haren haben erheblich zu diesem gelungenen Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Anläßlich des 60. Geburtstagesvon unseren Cousin im Januar weilten 8 Personen für einige Tage in FH"Yachthafen Haren".Es ist ein wunderschön gelegenes mit allem Komfort und perfekt ausgestattetes FH.
Das Haus hält was es verspricht und kann sehr gut weiterempfohlen werden.
