Romantic Art-Deco Penthouse surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees in a private and gated Symmetrical Art-Deco building in South Beach Miami. It is right around the corner from Lincoln Road and a stroll away from the fantastic beach. Lincoln Road offers many restaurants and bars as well as night clubs. It is also in a walking distance to Art Basel, the yacht shows, and the convention centers. So, if you are just staying on the beach you do not require a car since you are in the middle of everything. The boutique stile apartment has a newly remodeled bathroom, dining room with sitting space for four people, a living room with large Italian leather sofas, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven. The bedroom has a queen size bed with a new mattress to assure comfort. The building is gated with a gated private parking which makes your stay more comfortable. Cable TV, Internet access and private parking are included.

I just wanted to send you both heartfelt thanks for allowing me to rent your condo in SoBe. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! I had an absolutely wonderful week there; I truly felt as if I was living in my own home - the entire set up of the apartment and the design style were completely "me". It was so comforting to come to a house and find calming water fountains, lush green plants, African art, djembe drums, and filtered sunlight!

Your apartment was quiet, clean, fragrant, bright and sunny (when it wasn't raining). The bathroom was impeccable! I took lots of pictures; I would like to make similar remodeling in my own little house. I didn't encounter too many of my neighbors, but those I did meet coming and going were very pleasant.

One thing that I did not expect was the loft's close proximity to everything in SoBe - I could walk to all of the functions, the beach, the restaurants, yoga class, and the main attractions easily. The parking space was a blessing - I could park my car and not have to move it for most of my stay - I had no worries about getting any parking tickets.

Once again - many, many thanks...I do hope that I may be able to return again in the future. I will recommend this rental and HomeAway.com to my friends who may be visiting SoBe and the surrounding areas.

letzten Juli haben wir das Appartment für fast 3 Wochen gemietet und waren äußerst positiv über die Ausstattung und Lage überrascht. Lage:nur 30m von einer langen Shopping-Meile entfernt, trotzdem ruhig. Außerdem sehr sicher, auch der Parkplatz. Strand ist auch in der Nähe.
Sehr gut eingerichtet und möbiliert. modernes Ambiente! nur leider kein W-lan.
Daher: Ausgezeichnet

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem geschmackvoll eingerichteten Penthouse verbracht. Hätten wir gewusst, das es so schön ist, wären wir länger geblieben. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, mitten im Leben und doch nur ein kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Formalitäten wie Ein- und Auszug unproblematisch und schnell. Ein gutes und bequemes Bett, ein sehr schönes Bad und alles in allem geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Sehr netter Kontakt zum Eingentümer.
We will certainly be back.

Das ist echt wie nach Hause kommen!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in Jans Appartment und wir werden defintiv wieder kommen! Die paar kleinen Mängel, die mich letztes Mal noch an den 5 Sternen hinderten, waren alle abgestellt.
Keine unnütze mobile Klimaanlage mehr, viel mehr Besteck und Gläser waren vorhanden und Toilettenpapier für die erste Nacht war auch da.

Ansonsten war es toll wie letztes Mal. Die Location ist einfach umwerfend, das Bett super bequem und die Atmosphäre im Appartment einfach willkommenheißend.

Und für Miami absolut super preislich gelegen und wo bekommt man in Miami Beach schon einen Parkplatz kostenlos dazu?!

Jan, wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, auch an Carlos!
