The large 2-room vacation apartment is on the 1st upper floor of a house with 5 apartments with partial sea view. The house has a very quiet location on a dead-end street and it is surrounded by greenery. The apartment is new and it has the following appliances: elevator, parquet and tiled floors in all the rooms. The sanitary accessories are from Villeroy and Boch. There is a big south balcony (8 m²), entrance with interphone and video, as well as a basement. A basement garage belongs to the apartment. There is a supermarket (Real) in the neighbourhood of the Nussdorfer train station (8 minutes on foot). A new children iron bed and a winding table are also available. There are 10 minutes on foot to the eastern beach with windsurf school and tennis courts.

For the ones who like to be active, there is a wide programme of leisure time activities. Notable among these is the 18-hole Panorama Golf Course in Überlingen/ Owingen, one of the most beautiful golf courses in the South of Germany, as well as the Tennis Club with a fantastic position, directly by the lake. You will find cultural attractions in Überlingen as well, from the small art to the big concerts and Opera performances. You can also enjoy delicacies, well known in the entire Lake Constance region, fining the very best for yourself, from fishermen bars to fine restaurants. Another characteristic of the place is the vicinity with Austria and Switzerland, which enriches your program.

Von der ersten Ansicht im Online-Insreat über die freundliche und kompetente Auskunft beim vorbereitenden Telefongespräch war alles tadellos. Gerne empfehlen wir diese Wohnung weiter. Der kostenlose Busverkehr in die Innenstadt sowie in die Umgebung von Überlingen ist vorbildlich. Ein Besuch des Thermalbades in Überlingen ist auch nur zu empfehlen.

Topp-Fewo (ruhig gelegen)

Die Fewo liegt absolut ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, wie in der Beschreibung sehr gut ausgestattet, überaus gemütlich eingerichtet, die organisatorische Abwicklung (Schlüsselübergabe etc.) professionell organisiert.
Für Urlauber mit Kindern erwähnenswert: Direkt neben dem Haus befindet sich ein sehr großer eingezäunter gepflegter Spielplatz mit Spielgeräten für jedes Alter (Wippe, Sandkasten, Rutschbahn, Baggergeräte, Klettergerüst, Tischtennisplatte, Basketballkorb).
Wir haben die Wohnung als Basisstation genutzt, um mit unseren 3 Kindern im Alter von 3,6 und 8 Teile des Bodenseeradwegs zu erkunden. Dafür war die Wohnung ideal. In der Tiefgarage befindet sich ein separater Abstellraum für die Fahrräder. Zum Radweg selbst sind es ca. 5 min. Zur Bushaltestelle (Jugendherberge) ca. 10 min.
Owner's Response: Die Kinderfreundlichkeit der Wohnung (Ausstattung) und ihrer Umgebung (Spielplatz) ist tatsächlich ein großer Pluspunkt. Für drei Kinder ist die Wohnung allerdings fast zu klein.
