Lemon finca with stunning panorama view of the landscape and sea. Holidays on a finca are holidays full of pure relaxation - you will be able to use an exclusively equipped apartment on a large, green property of 16,000 m2. A swimming pool 13x4.50m, a lawn about 200 m offers space to relax. The 2 room apartment is exclusively furnished with a modern kitchen with oven, ceramic stove and large refrigerator with freezer. Spacious bathroom with shower and WC. The bedroom has a large bed and access to the balcony. The living room is equipped with a large leather couch, satellite TV device with about 20 German channels and a separate dining corner. From the living room there is also an access to the 2.50x8m large covered balcony. The apartment was completely renovated in 2006. From the airport, you should hire an automobile directly for the 45 minute ride to the finca.

The apartment is located in a very convenient location between Arucas and Teror in the north of the island - above Las Palmas. From the property, pool, patio or the apartment you will have a stunning sea view. You can live peacefully and idyllically above a lemon plantation. However, if you like to have action, then it is just a few minutes with the car to the city center of Las Palmas or to the famous Las Caranteras beach. A large shopping center is located directly next to it with countless boutiques, large supermarket and restaurants. The Columbus cathedral in the old city is an attraction that is especially worth seeing at night - in the surrounding area you will find wonderful Spanish restaurants with Canary specialties. The whole history of Gran Canaria befell only in the north, that is why almost every city here has history and between these cities you will find beautiful Barancos. You can get bread-rolls during the morning (600 m away).

Golf courses:: Nearby you will find 2 golf courses. 1. City golf course in Las Palmas about a 20 minute drive with a two-floor driving range. 2. a stunningly located golf course in the mountains - Bandama. 3. In the south - Maspalomas - Melonerasw - Salobre - Taurus.

Hiking - lemon plantation:: The finca is a good starting point for hiking in the surrounding mountains - there are five different climate zones on the island. You will have your own bio-lemonade for your hikes. In the kitchen you will find a juicer and just add some sugar to the lemon juice - guaranteed biological. Go with two buckets in the lower lemon plantation. Small tip: fill the juice in a plastic bottle and freeze it. For your flight home, wrap the bottle in newspaper and transport it in your suitcase - then you will have a small souvenir from the finca and you can take as many lemons with as you can carry. The bananas that you bring home should still be green and the small ones taste the best.

Biking + jogging + inexpensive rental cars:: Near the finca you will find a new, well asphalted, not-busy street that is used preferably by bikers/racers and joggers. The streets run at ground level for about 4 km along the mountain with the most beautiful views of the mountains and the sea - towards the city of Firgas. We can get you an inexpensive rental car with comprehensive cover without retention.

Golf: A variety of golf courses with different levels are located on the island. 1. there is a city golf course in Las Palmas near the hospital with a two-level driving range. 2. on an inactive volcano in the stunning region of Bandama. 3. in the south, the old golf course of Maspalomas - the new golf course Meloneras - the scenic, interesting golf course Salobre - the new golf course Taurus.

Beautiful Week of Tranquility

Myself and my partner stayed in Apartment 4 for a week at the end of June and we would throughly like to recommend this as wonderful place to stay. The apartment itself was very clean, beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. The views were stunning and the location was perfect as it was so peaceful, a nice tranquil environment for a holiday. The swimming pool and the sunbathing area were kept to to a high standard also.

I would definately recommend hiring a car as this is definately a rural location with little public transport. I would also recommend Arucas for its beautiful landmarks and also as a place to eat ( Restaurant El Sucursal was fantastic). There are a number of select restaurants to visit, but planning this before your trip is vital or on arrival be prepared to travel a little.

I definately hope to visit again in the future, a trully remarkable holiday and a wonderful place to stay.

A really lovely apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately, while we were there it was not warm enough to take advantage of the private balcony or the seating area around the empty pool. The apartment is in a quiet area, so although there are buses, it's a good idea to hire a car. The hiking was very good but all the walks were about an hour away. We never found the washing machine and had problems with the hot water. We suggest you stop to stock up on the basics on the way from the airport.

My partner and I spent 12 days here over Christmas and New Year. The property is as clean and luxurious as the photos suggest, with modern furnishings and decor. It is in a remote mountain area in the cooler north of the island and you do need a car to get out and explore. Because we were there in December, it was not really hot enough to sun-bathe at the finca, we had to venture to the south. The views from the balcony are stunning and you can watch the sun rise over the hills every morning. The location is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with no tourists to spoil things. We would love to go back in the summer!

Rundum-Sorglos-Paket !!!

Leider kann man hier nicht 6 Sterne vergeben, aber diese Finca hätte sie verdient!
Wir haben hier zwei Wochen Urlaub im Zeitraum Juli/August verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden.
Die Finca liegt wunderbar ruhig und abgeschieden von jeglichem Tourismus.
Die Wohnungen sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und so sauber, dass man sogar vom Boden essen könnte (in diesem Rahmen nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an Marie Isabel, den "guten Geist" des Hauses!)
Am Morgen kann man wunderbar auf dem großen Balkon frühstücken, den Tag am Pool verbringen oder die Umgebung genießen und Abends die Aussicht und das Lichtermeer von Las Palmas bewundern.
Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war super, da diese sich auch gerade dort im Urlaub befanden und auch auf die Haushälterin war immer Verlass.
Zum Wandern in der näheren Umgebung ist diese Finca ideal, sollte man jedoch noch mehr von Gran Canaria sehen wollen, zB die Touristenhochburgen, empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen.
Zusammengefasst waren wir mit unserer Unterkunft mehr als zufrieden und hoffen, dass wir nicht das letzte Mal dort waren !

Tolle Aussicht aber.........

Wir waren Ende Juni für 10 Tage auf der Finca, naja das tollste war noch die Aussicht und der Sonnenuntergang.
In der Wohnung die wir ursprünglich gebucht hatten platze direkt am ersten Tag der Duschkopf aus Plastik. Netterweise bekamen wir eine andere Wohung zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur leider wurde dort nur schnell mal oberflächig geputzt, obwohl wir mehrere Stunden nicht da waren. Unter der Couch sah es aus als ob dort nicht gekehrt wurde, hinter dem Fernsehschrank hing der Staub an der Wand. An der Eingangstür hing der Putz von der Wand. Das beste fand ich wenn man Duschen ging und der Fernseher z.Bsp. lief passierte es öfters das die Sicherung für das warme Wasser raussprang. Zu guter letzt lag die Toilettenverkleidung auf dem Boden. Was ich nicht verstehen kann wir waren die einzigen Gäste auf der Finca zu dem Zeitpunkt, und da bittet man uns so eine Wohnung obwohl man wusste das die Wohung leichte Mängel hatte. Was man empfehlen war die Aussicht und der Pool. Die Betreung durch die Haushälterin fand so gut wie nicht statt da sie kaum englisch od. deutsch sprach.
