Wonderful romantic vacation home just minutes away from the beautiful, long sandy beaches of Southwest Sweden. Well-constructed for both Summer and Winter get-aways, this house sits in the middle of a nature reserve, is very private and is only a 10 minute walk to the beach. There are 3 bedrooms (+ one semi-attached w/ bunk beds - great for kids), good size bathroom w/ shower and washing machine, fully functional kitchen w/ microwave and family room w/ fireplace, TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo w/ CD player. Around back you will find a large deck with a grill and plenty of space to lounge around. In the garage there is a freezer, two bicycles, a bike wagon for 2 small children that fastens to one of the bicycles and a jogging stroller. Don't miss the incredible coastal view from a lookout point a short walk away from the front door. You can see all the way down the coast line - perfect for romantic sun sets or picnics. Located 7 km south of Falkenberg (1 hour south of Gothenburg).

This vacation home is located 7 km south of Falkenberg in a nature reserve beach community known as Grimsholmen. There are 3 main walkable beaches to take your pick from: Ringsegård, Grimsholmen and Veka. Shops, restaurants and museums are located a short drive north to Falkenberg or south to Halmstad. Locally grown, fresh fruits and vegetables can be purchased from numerous farmers in the area. Visit Laxbutiken to get the freshest Salmon in Sweden. One can also pay a visit to Gudmundsgården, a local German butcher, who sells tasty delicacies for grilling, etc (located in Slöinge). The SIA glass ice cream factory is located in Slöinge (10 min away). A lookout view point (Smörkull) is close to the house (5 min walk), there you can see for miles up and down the coast. There are plenty of golf courses to choose from and one can also fish for salmon in the local river Ätran (Falkenberg).
